I felt the service was excellent. I would suggest letting the pet owner know that the pet collar can replace the string that keeps the cone on the dog s neck (after the neuter procedure).

I loved Dr Rogers! She was professional and gave me options for my doggie to keep the price low. She was caring and easy to talk to. She did a thorough exam and found why my doggie was having a dry cough! I will continue to use Mercy Crusade but do with they had a bigger facility with more staff due to the long wait times.

The staff was helpful, especially when I returned to get my kitten. Thorough with her care. Frustrating in length of time from making spay appointment to actual procedure. Mercy Crusade definitely fills a large need in the low cost spay/neuter process. Especially to those on fixed incomes. Such a valuable asset to the Ventura County community. Setting appointments is the only downside, for which I selected 4 stars. That said, the convenient location, the friendly staff, and the reasonablly priced services are worth it.

Everyone there is very friendly and I love that place

Everyone was so warm and friendly. I was taken in at my appointment time with no waiting. The doctor came in and was so kind and patient and answered all my questions and gave my dog a good checkup. I highly recommend Mercy Crusade.

It would be great if Saturday appointments would come back.
