Appointments should be more readily available than 2 months waiting time.

We love Mercy Crusade and are so lucky to be able to get an appt. The appt system is very hard because we realize there are limited spots. It is just that when you leave a msg, rarely does anyone call you back. You just have to show up and talk with someone. I was even at my appt yesterday and a man sitting next to me mentioned the same thing. Other than that we LOVE YOU GUYS!

I had my 6 month old puppy spayed. It would be appreciated if you did a follow up call on the pup’s recovery , maybe two days after surgery. Otherwise , your clinic is absolutely amazing. Staff is so nice, professional and helpful. I am telling everyone I know about your clinic and I hope to be able to donate or fund raise for you.

The veterinarian was quite unfriendly. She seemed irritated the whole time. I’ve never had that experience at Mercy Crusade before. The vet tech that saw me first was really pleasant and so when she came in with a sour approach, I was quite surprised. I’ve been taking my pets there for many years. I brought my dog in that day because he had fatty pockets as well as a big nodule on the side of his body. She wrote up a proposal to remove them with putting him under. She never suggested a biopsy to see how serious these mikes or whatever they are were. I felt rushed & certainly not given all my options. I don’t feel like I’m asking for more than the basics.

There was a lot going on at both drop off and pick up, so I don t expect perfection. Very happy with Mercy Crusade. The woman who was directing traffic at the doorway during the post-spay afternoon pickup was doing a great job and remaining cheerful under challenging circumstances. Our vet tech also did a great job patiently answering all of our questions.
