I always trust your vets diagnoses,and found the staff to be very loving to my dog.And understanding of how much my Babie means to me.I am always very satisfied after her appointment! I am obviously not the only one,it takes a while to get an appointment.It just shows the quality of your work and your people!!!!!

I have really bad knees and I love the new benches outside! Once inside I was also offered a chair to sit in during my dog s exam and was very appreciative of that gesture, as standing is extremely painful right now. Thank you for being kind!

Your staff was super professional and helpful. I felt like they really cared about my puppy and all of the animals that were there for the day. The office was very clean and professional. The cost of the services was so reasonable. The doctors even caught that my puppy needed a hernia surgery, called me for approval, and did it within hours. I am very happy with my experience at Mercy Crusade and their wonderful staff. I will recommend this hospital to my family and friends. Thank you.

All of the staff were super helpful and very friendly especially with the workload they are under. It’s a very busy office, and they still showed kindness and courtesy to the customers and their pets. The only thing that would make it better is if the wait times were less, but I don’t know how that’s possible with as many pets come through everyday. They were accurate when I was told how long check in could be, so 5 stars for managing expectations!
