Hi, I was unable to click on the stars but I would give you 5 stars for everything. It was easy to book an appointment but the wait was a month and a half later. The staff was exceptionally kind. I was called in within minutes of my appointment time. I felt the staff was very knowledgeable and patient and all my questions were answered. Thank you for your service!

For neutering, you say to drop by between 3 p.m. and 4:30 and almost everyone waited over an hour. I think you should have staff to move those animals out faster. Everyone is always super friendly, but waiting and not knowing what s going on is frustrating. It would be very inexpensive to set up a monitor outside where people can see what order they re in and estimated wait time. Just a suggestion and that would blow away all your competition.
