I am very happy with Mercy Crusade. They have fair pricing for all of their services which tells me they actually care about the animal and not about making money, my vet office was going to charge me about $800 between the procedure, blood work and the two unnecessary visits ($70 each visit) prior to his surgery. so when I called Mercy and they told me the price I knew my vet was just about making money, which breaks my heart. I will admit, it was hard to get ahold of a human in the office, but they do eventually call you back to schedule if you leave a message. the only negative is I got to the clinic at 3pm because pick up is from 3-4:30. if you re late is a $25 fee, but I still had to wait 45 min. I wish there was a more accurate time as to when I could pick up my animal. I was one of the first to drop him off but it still took 45 min. Maybe time slots of pick up would be a better solution. I had to leave work early, if I would have know I was going to have to wait that long I wouldn t of left as early. Other then that i am very pleased and will be taking my animals there going forward.

It was super clean smelled clean I loved to see the new changes for people could sit outside. The new covid way has been great and and the customer service is always wonderful. We love seeing the staff and the doctor. Chapo and otto May think different

Honestly it was nothing but helpful and charming people. Everyone was super kind and you could tell they all cared for every animal that walked into the building.

Excellent everything. The “take-in” person asked a lot of questions about Ollie our mini Schnauzer and was very thorough and polite. Doctor was totally informed active, took his time in explaining everything completely until I understood, and even came back into the room to ask if I had any further concerns or questions. Love this place for service and how they treated me and Ollie.

It took weeks for me to get a return phone call for an appointment. Perhaps schedule a time when calls can be returned? Other than that, very satisfied. Great staff!. Great service.

Dr. Hernandez is wonderful. She was very attentive to Mookie and made the visit pleasant and painless. I will be bringing Mookie back to Mercy Crusade for his future visits. Anthony is also a great assistant.

On the annual check up, it would be nice to meet the actual vet/doctor instead of just dealing with the technical staff. I know the annual check up is a great price, but I would pay more to meet the vet.

My big, strong, loud dog was extremely nervous and excited when we were there, which was exhausting to me as well. Junior, and all the staff, were so understanding and helpful which was a huge comfort to me and Roscoe. I so appreciate your understanding and calm assistance! Thank you!!

It was hard to schedule appointment, as no one returned my call. Once I emailed to schedule I did get a call back. My appointment was for later part of June, but I was able to get in the following day, since there was a cancellation. Dr. Hernandez is very nice and caring. Explains everything about what you pet is going through and if medical attention is needed. She even made a follow up call the next day to check on my baby! I highly recommend.

I understand staffing issues/covid contributed to the long wait time for my appointment: it took 7 months of calling weekly before I was able to book my pet’s appointment which was 2 months later. It would be helpful if the signage out front was more specific as to how to check in. People tend to congregate in the front parking lot not knowing how to check in. The staff are very caring and take their time explaining the procedure, and thoroughly answer any questions you have.

Very polite and helpful staff. I didn’t feel rushed. I felt I was able to ask questions and get answers and/or options. I was very happy overall with okie visit.

Anali and Dr Steibe and staff were so wonderful with my little mean dog Rocket!! He was 14 pounds of demon but they managed to wrangle him down and take care of business (vaccines and physical). I can’t thank them enough!! Everyone in the office was so kind!! Can’t wait for his next appointment!!

It does not matter if I am simply taking my girls in for yearly vaccinations or to visit Dr. Breeder, I know the ladies will be well looked after and leave feeling loved and contented.
