The gentlemen vet was very polite and answered all my questions It was hard to schedule an apt within the same week

It would be nice to have more staff on phones, & not have to wait for a phone call back. It is very hard to be seen otherwise they are nice & good.

Staff is very friendly and efficient. I love how they organized/designated seating areas, kept the flow of following Covid protocol very easy, and the appointment was quick but thorough.

I would recommend mercy crusade to anyone! Dr. Strebe and Dr. Beeder have spoiled Neo and his human so much that we look forward to coming in to the office for his checkups! I’m happy?? with the service.

Dr was running late but I also saw such compassion from Junior. A large dog had some sore on its leg and over the last few days had become worse. No appointment was made but they were taken in and I think Junior arranged for someone to see the dog. I was glad to wait until my time to see the dr for a yearly visit for my pup. Thank you for all you do You are Mercy Compassion. Thank you!!!

I love Mercy Crusade, I only wish we didn’t have to wait over a month for office appointments.

Scheduling the appointment was easy. Every person we interacted with was kind to my dogs Heidi & Bela. My girls were there for exams but were given belly rubs and spoken to with kindness. We never felt rushed. I appreciate the love and attention your staff gave to us. Thank you.

Have loved Mercy Crusade’s for YEARS . Always kind friendly staff , and affordable . I am a low income earner & if not for Mercy my dogs over the years would unfortunately not get the help they needed

I know we’re in a difficult time, but the wait for my puppy’s appt. was a little long since he was suffering from allergies. Thanks to the shot he got he is doing fine now. I’ve heard very good comments about Dr.Beeder and I will continue to take Logan to him for treatments.

The staff was so nice and kind and professional. I only wish I could remember the names of the two people that helped me. They were all great to my pet Lily as well as to me. I’m so thankful for your clinic and staff.

When arriving it was a little confusing on where to go and wait since you want to make sure you dont get overlooked. Despite how busy they were the staff was friendly and handled everyone with care. Thank you for the great service at such an affordable price!

Our two cats were neutered and one of them was left with a clothes pin on the surgical cut, but it was not a problem to remove and the cats are doing fine.
