I was impressed with my entire experience; punctual, efficient service by a well groomed staff, very clean office and excellent communication skills by everyone, wish all my professional appointments were this excellent, thank you for raising the bar, a job extremely well done!

Phone system is not user friendly and trying to give 5 stars is difficult in the survey

Honest vets and great staff. I waited for about 30 minutes but my exam was quick and I appreciate the honesty. Thank you for keeping prices low too

10 stars all around! You guys were well organized, efficient and very knowledgeable. Staff took the time with each one of us, answered all my questions and even had a sense of humor when my pet wasn’t Cooperating, which was a plus for me. All of the office staff new what their roll was that day and is put me at easy knowing I left my pet in good hands. When picking up, the instructions were simple, clear and explained In great detail. Will be recommending you to friends and family.

when I call to make appointment always get voice machine I leave massage sometime it takes up 1 or 2 days to get a call back. But over all I m satisfied and so is my dog Thank you

I think the survey is hard right now due to the covid so anything that is under5? is due to how changes now & not to yr fault. But yes happy wish each time a call was made it would be with a person.

Everyone at Mercy is always friendly and polite. I love how Dr. Beeder is always so kind and gentle with our fur babies, and he is always happy to talk with me and explain anything I ask of him!!! I think he is awesome.

A bit unorganized for check in and check out with several staff running around it’s possible to provide good instructions about where to wait etc It’s very good value for money compared to other clinics so although a bit unhappy with wait time etc. I’d recommend it to anyone with dogs to check this facility out for sure

Very efficient system, covid safe. Felt my pet was well taken care of. Lovely staff.
