All of the staff were super helpful and very friendly especially with the workload they are under. It’s a very busy office, and they still showed kindness and courtesy to the customers and their pets. The only thing that would make it better is if the wait times were less, but I don’t know how that’s possible with as many pets come through everyday. They were accurate when I was told how long check in could be, so 5 stars for managing expectations!

I would recommend mercy crusade to anyone! Dr. Strebe and Dr. Beeder have spoiled Neo and his human so much that we look forward to coming in to the office for his checkups! I’m happy?? with the service.

Dr was running late but I also saw such compassion from Junior. A large dog had some sore on its leg and over the last few days had become worse. No appointment was made but they were taken in and I think Junior arranged for someone to see the dog. I was glad to wait until my time to see the dr for a yearly visit for my pup. Thank you for all you do You are Mercy Compassion. Thank you!!!
