I was unable to confirm my appointment on Sunday, as there wasn t a way to leave a message. I didn t have access to my email until Monday. That is when I confirmed my appointment. There should be an option to confirm the pet s appointment by leaving a message.

The appointment went fine. Dr Strieby is fantastic. She was my last hope of trying to find some help for Patches. She eased my many concerns & will continue to listen to her directives. I am very pleased.

I have really bad knees and I love the new benches outside! Once inside I was also offered a chair to sit in during my dog s exam and was very appreciative of that gesture, as standing is extremely painful right now. Thank you for being kind!

Great Customer Service at an affordable price!

Your staff was super professional and helpful. I felt like they really cared about my puppy and all of the animals that were there for the day. The office was very clean and professional. The cost of the services was so reasonable. The doctors even caught that my puppy needed a hernia surgery, called me for approval, and did it within hours. I am very happy with my experience at Mercy Crusade and their wonderful staff. I will recommend this hospital to my family and friends. Thank you.
