Mercury Clinic has always been very helpful any time I have had take my dogs to their appointments.

I appreciated the thoroughness of the exam and attention to all issues not just reason for visit.

My price increased by 60% from what I was initially told it would be. It would have been nice to know Frenchies may require additional medication when I made the appointment which I had to wait 6 months for.

5 stars- organized, less dogs in the waiting room :), I like how the employee takes the dog to the doctor without the owner. It would be nice to have a play or walk area instead of the rocks. Also, the black concrete can be hit for the animals.. the parking in the front can be dangerous for the people waiting in line. The staff is kind and patient. I did have a staff call my dog a cry baby..... Insensitive to dogs going to see the doctor.

With covid restrictions starting to loosen, it would be really nice if both parents were allowed in. My partner and I were both allowed in in the morning, but when we came to pick our dog up in the afternoon, I was told I had to wait outside. I didn’t appreciate that.

Great in office experience. Quick drop off and pick up. Friendly staff. Only complaint, which is the offices fault, is how far in advance we had to schedule the appointment. (2-3 months) but Mercy is definitely the best in the area, and I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with all of the staff, from scheduling to in office.

My kitty is so special to me I recently had pacemaker surgery and she weighed exactly where the site was just like a heat pack so we started calling her heat pack and when she went into surgery I was so lost and upset and nervous because years ago I had a kitty spayed and she acted different she looked different she didn’t play after that her personality just changed and her scar looked awful it just seem like I did the wrong thing and with this kitty she came home the scar was minuscule she started playing right away after I brought her back from surgery I expected her to be extremely lethargic for days this kitty is almost normal a day later we are so very very thankful for you and all that you do for the animals and helping stop overpopulation this is an amazing thing and I appreciate it so much thank you for taking care of my little sweetheart and I will definitely come to you all the time and tell everybody about you also thank you love Patti
