My Kitten Lucy-Fur had a appt for Surgery and dropping her off and picking her up was very easy . Thank you ! The staff is great from start to end . You are all Fantastic ! Lucy-Fur is doing great . I think this Mommmy-Cat was more nervous than her . But y’all made it easy to feel better . Thank you again !! ??

Under the current covid situation things were handled very well. It would be a little easier if designated lines were set when you arrive as someone cut in front of me.

Trying to get an appointment is very difficult. Once you get in, the process is nearly seamless.

I am so happy to have found Mercy Crusade for my 2 little adopted Bichon Frise (mix) girls. The process of scheduling an appointment and evaluation for dental surgery with necessary extractions to having the surgery date for my little Lilley scheduled was so expedient (even during the pandemic.) Although I have brushed my dogs’ teeth since the day we rescued them, Linley unfortunately has quickly developed periodontal disease and needs several teeth extracted with her cleaning this time. I am confident that the Veterinarians are conservative and only pull those teeth absolutely necessary to ensure Lilley remains in great health. The doctors made me feel so much better about Lilley’s periodontal disease in spite of the care I have taken to prevent this from happ I have such a great feeling about everyone I have spoken and met with at Mercy Crusade

We really like and trust Dr. Beeder with our boy. He is 6 pounds and has seizures. We wouldn t let anyone but Dr. B take care of his dental.

10 stars all around! You guys were well organized, efficient and very knowledgeable. Staff took the time with each one of us, answered all my questions and even had a sense of humor when my pet wasn’t Cooperating, which was a plus for me. All of the office staff new what their roll was that day and is put me at easy knowing I left my pet in good hands. When picking up, the instructions were simple, clear and explained In great detail. Will be recommending you to friends and family.
