The tech that examined my dog before his neuter was phenomenal. He put me at ease and answered my questions. I was so sad and scared for my dog. My dog was scared. He was great.

Was so grateful to get a call back after someone canceled!! Mercy staff was nothing short of spectacular! My puppy is recuperating happily after being spayed and am looking forward to bringing in my male pup soon for his neutering as I m sure will go as smooth as his sister s spay. When I realized that I really needed an appointment for my dog, it was past office hours and so I decided to send a message through YELP. I honestly didn’t think i would get a reply but to my surprise, I got a reply almost immediately from Junior. I got a call back the next day and lucky for me there was a cancellation so I grabbed the appointment. Everyone was so attentive and friendly. I was prescribed medication for my dog’s ear infection and staff was friendly to teach me how to apply it correctly. After I was home I had some questions I forgot to ask and so I decided to message through Yelp again asking for a call back. Office called me back and I actually spoke to the pharmacist twice with my concerns. I felt reassured! Junior was awesome as well. He called me before 5:00 to make sure that someone had called me. I am very happy with your service!

Thank you so much for helping with my dog Panzer, he’s a huge German Shepard that is very aggressive towards other dogs. If people could leave their pets in their vehicles until it’s time to be attended to would be great, that ways dogs that don’t like other dogs are better to handle. Clients could be notified 2-3 minutes before being seen to get their dogs ready, that way lobby is clear

For me, it would be better to speak to a person when I call to make an appointment rather than wait for a call back since I am not near a phone that I can receive call backs.

I had left a message to make an appointment and my call wasn t returned. I called back a few days later and my call was answered and then I had no problem making an appointment. The receptionist offered an appointment sooner if someone cancelled which happened. I got my appointment 7 weeks earlier than planned. Thanks for that!

Always hard to get an appointment but I was very grateful to have been added to a cancellation list. The doctor is great and the staff that assisted me were helpful. I waited awhile to check out. Maybe let the patient know what to do next, for example... I saw the vet, I walked up to the front window because I was not told what to do next, then was told to have a seat, a staff brought me my pets medicine then walked away, I sat there not knowing what to do, walked up to the front again and was told someone would call me up to the front to pay, sat there for about 30 minutes, then finally a staff from the vaccination window offered to help charge me because I had been sitting forever. So maybe after each staff member is finished speaking or helping the patient communicate what to do or to expect next.
