I absolutely loved Dr. Hernandez and the vet tech who helped me and my puppy. They were so kind and caring and answered all my questions. Perhaps maybe provide an alcohol/sanitary wipes dispenser for the patients in the waiting room so we can wipe down our seats or the floor for our pets. That would be much appreciated!

Staff was very nice, friendly and knowledgeable.

Doctor & assistant handled Panzer’s exam very well, gave very good advice. They showed they really cared for Panzer’s well being & he will be getting regular baths once every 3 weeks

Mercy Crusade is very popular and a very good place to bring your pet. You have to schedule way in advance to get an appointment. But the wait is very well worth it.
