Visit was great. Only suggestion is that aggressive dogs should stay outside. I did see signs on the wall stating that but obviously not seen. Ppl working need to be more aware and let pet owner know to take the aggressive dog outside. Thank you

Everything was great. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Only reason I gave a 3 stars for scheduling is because we were scheduled for a certain date then COVID-19 shut the clinic down. Our appointment was pushed by 4 months! Other than that, everything was great.

The staff were super friendly and informative, it really reassured me that my dog would be in great hands for her spay. The Vet Tech even helped me put her in the back of my SUV before leaving (she’s a Golden Retriever so she’s not very light). I highly recommend Mercy Crusade for any animal procedure!

I understand that these are trying times, but I was waiting outside in line for a good half an hour to pick up before someone from the team asked me for my pet s name. After that, it was fine. A little more thoughtful approach on this would make things go even smoother.

1. Scheduling an appointment takes patience. It is hard to communicate with someone on the phone since it goes to voicemail frequently. I prefer email or online appointments. 2. The waiting time is convenient. 3. Staff greets us in the front and takes our name. She directs where vaccine and medical appointments go to. 4. The office is clean and to my satisfaction. 5. I prefer to communicate to the Veterinarian directly to communicate my concerns and answer my questions regarding my pet instead of the veterinarian technician.

I was so excited to learn that I could go in for the appointment. But when I got there I was told I could come into the building but not into the actual appointment. I was really looking forward to speaking with the veterinarian. And I didn’t even get a chance to do that. No phone call or anything. That bummed me out a little but it’s ok. I know you guys are doing your best and we still have Covid and we’re trying to keep each other safe! And I do appreciate your prices. The estimate that was given for my pets eye surgery was well below any other estimates I’ve received. I feel like I may be able to actually afford taking care of my kitties now! Thank you!

But this last time I felt disappointed with the cutting nails service to my dog, she was very nervous as usual but this is the first time she bleeds, she was very stressed out, the price is high for the poor type of service, and I left unhappy.
