Initially we had a really hard time getting an appt. Our appt. was cancelled and we could not get through to reschedule. However, once we finally did make contact, the staff bent over backwards to make sure we were accommodated and an appt. was scheduled in a very timely manner. Wait time was a bit long for pick up, but once I was able to enter the facility, it was very quick and efficient. I appreciate the low cost. It helps a lot!

I think they were scheduling 3 months in the future. But the appointment went well.

I understand difficulties and protocols with covid but it would be nice to have direct face to face dialogue with the vet

I love mercy crusade from beginning to end everyone is the best I been coming for years I feel comfortable taking my 4 legged babies there even now cause of COVID not being able to be in the room to talk to the doctor I’m just grateful to have a place to take my babies I can hardly wait till I’m able to see the doctor personally like before covid

I know the scheduling piece may be out of your control, but I do wish scheduling an appointment wouldn t be so challenging. I called about three times at different times in a timeframe of 6 weeks and was told no appointments were available. Finally at the fourth attempt I was able to get an appointment. On the other end, I love this place, the vet and staff are very friendly and appreciate the support you provide for our pets in our community.

The staff here is tremendous. Every person does an excellent job. All of them polite, friendly, as helpful as they could possibly be. I am always impressed with how clean the kennels are and the overall cleanliness & order of this pet care place. Every staff member seems to genuinely care about the animals without gaving an attitude toward pet owners. The only suggestion I would give is when picking up my pet if there would be some accommodation for us older folks with back/knee problems to jabbed a place to sit outside when waiting. I sat on the 1 Boulder that was there as I have several injuries with chronic pain and cannot stand fir long periods off time. I have always had an amazing experience with Mercy Crusade. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart!

The VET that treated my Senior German Shepherd was wonderful. I believe her name was Dr. Strieby. The Pharmacist was really great too. Facility is very clean and organized and Annalee takes special care of your pet. Thank you.

The only thing that’s difficult is trying to get in if your pet is having a issue. Like smelly ears. Not urgent but can’t wait a month. Staff & Dr’s have all been so nice & kind. Thank you gals who answer the phones, call you back & the gal who brings out prescriptions. Good people

Excellent staff, great service, and great prices. Both of my other 2 girl dogs that passed away a couple of years ago, we’re patients there and received great care all the way until the end. Everything is great at the clinic. The wait time for a scheduled appointment is the one downfall, but it is that way for any vet office these days.
