Very organized process which I appreciate. Drop off took a little too much time; would have been better to stagger arrival times.

Because they are so busy, we had to wait months to get an appointment but it was well worth it. They make taking care of pets affordable and the staff was friendly. I felt at ease leaving my precious pup there to be spayed. The clinic was clean and they were organized and very efficient.

Mercury Clinic has always been very helpful any time I have had take my dogs to their appointments.

I appreciated the thoroughness of the exam and attention to all issues not just reason for visit.

My price increased by 60% from what I was initially told it would be. It would have been nice to know Frenchies may require additional medication when I made the appointment which I had to wait 6 months for.

5 stars- organized, less dogs in the waiting room :), I like how the employee takes the dog to the doctor without the owner. It would be nice to have a play or walk area instead of the rocks. Also, the black concrete can be hit for the animals.. the parking in the front can be dangerous for the people waiting in line. The staff is kind and patient. I did have a staff call my dog a cry baby..... Insensitive to dogs going to see the doctor.

With covid restrictions starting to loosen, it would be really nice if both parents were allowed in. My partner and I were both allowed in in the morning, but when we came to pick our dog up in the afternoon, I was told I had to wait outside. I didn’t appreciate that.

Great in office experience. Quick drop off and pick up. Friendly staff. Only complaint, which is the offices fault, is how far in advance we had to schedule the appointment. (2-3 months) but Mercy is definitely the best in the area, and I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with all of the staff, from scheduling to in office.
