when I call to make appointment always get voice machine I leave massage sometime it takes up 1 or 2 days to get a call back. But over all I m satisfied and so is my dog Thank you

Everyone at Mercy is always friendly and polite. I love how Dr. Beeder is always so kind and gentle with our fur babies, and he is always happy to talk with me and explain anything I ask of him!!! I think he is awesome.

A bit unorganized for check in and check out with several staff running around it’s possible to provide good instructions about where to wait etc It’s very good value for money compared to other clinics so although a bit unhappy with wait time etc. I’d recommend it to anyone with dogs to check this facility out for sure

The tech that examined my dog before his neuter was phenomenal. He put me at ease and answered my questions. I was so sad and scared for my dog. My dog was scared. He was great.

Was so grateful to get a call back after someone canceled!! Mercy staff was nothing short of spectacular! My puppy is recuperating happily after being spayed and am looking forward to bringing in my male pup soon for his neutering as I m sure will go as smooth as his sister s spay. When I realized that I really needed an appointment for my dog, it was past office hours and so I decided to send a message through YELP. I honestly didn’t think i would get a reply but to my surprise, I got a reply almost immediately from Junior. I got a call back the next day and lucky for me there was a cancellation so I grabbed the appointment. Everyone was so attentive and friendly. I was prescribed medication for my dog’s ear infection and staff was friendly to teach me how to apply it correctly. After I was home I had some questions I forgot to ask and so I decided to message through Yelp again asking for a call back. Office called me back and I actually spoke to the pharmacist twice with my concerns. I felt reassured! Junior was awesome as well. He called me before 5:00 to make sure that someone had called me. I am very happy with your service!
