Always hard to get an appointment but I was very grateful to have been added to a cancellation list. The doctor is great and the staff that assisted me were helpful. I waited awhile to check out. Maybe let the patient know what to do next, for example... I saw the vet, I walked up to the front window because I was not told what to do next, then was told to have a seat, a staff brought me my pets medicine then walked away, I sat there not knowing what to do, walked up to the front again and was told someone would call me up to the front to pay, sat there for about 30 minutes, then finally a staff from the vaccination window offered to help charge me because I had been sitting forever. So maybe after each staff member is finished speaking or helping the patient communicate what to do or to expect next.

I love Mercy Crusade because the staff have always been kind. I appreciate Dr Beeder’s kind and gentle bedside manner. He is such an honest doctor who thoroughly explains his diagnosis without being in a rush .I appreciate a veterinarian who isn’t going to do unnecessary costly procedures. Thank you Dr Beeder and thank you Mercy Crusade for being an affordable and comfortable place to bring our dachshunds??

Although the appointments are very high in demand and the next available appointment can be months away, I think it was a fast process. I was in and out in 30 minutes. The staff was really nice and knowledgeable!
