I was disappointed that Harley who was having difficulty breathing and was so kindly scheduled in was told the needed a chest x Ray before prescribing medications to help and that couldn’t be done until the following week. I immediately took him to VMSG and after 8 hours and cxr told what I even knew. The heart murmur was worse thill palpable and he needed lasix and vetmedin. He even had fluid in his lungs. I know this is a progressive disease as the vet who told me a year ago it was stage 2 but now is a 5 murmur. I would like to stay with my previous vet from last Thursday’s visit if possible. He has a 2 week supply of medications right now and I would like to give a 10 star to Dakota for getting us in. Unfortunately the vet who saw him wouldn’t give him any meds until an x Ray which they couldn’t do. I was told the following week. He could have passed by then. I am a first line person in this epidemic and to worry that your dog is dead when you get home is terrifying. Have always had wonderful experiences at Mercy except on 9/17.

Little confusing with the tent set up if I needed to go to the tent first or wait in line to talk to the people at the tent. But with these difficult times not really that big of a deal. Keep up the great work and supporting our community!

I know this is all new to us with COVID crap. But I think there should be two lines, check in one, and waiting other, so many people came after I did, walked in and were helped. I’m not following that very well. However over all, I always bring my pets here to be spayed and neutered. Too bad you don’t sell the licenses anymore. Thank you for taking care of my dog

Everything well. The only thing I am still trying to process is whether the cats/kittens are put in a crate with a litter box because they are there from 7-3:30 in my case. I’m not sure whether my cat peek in the crate at your facility or in my soft shell carrier but part of his body was wet and I did t realize that unless I got home and pull him out of carrier. Needless to say, I’m still trying to get smell out of my home. Suggestion is to give them a place to pee. Other than that you guys were awesome! Thank you for all you do!
