I’m always happy with everything

When I originally called to make an appointment, the woman who took my information (I think her name was Brenda), did not put in the database my personal information. I was never contacted through email or text. I reached out to you twice by phone trying to figure out what was happening. I never got a phone call back. I did finally send verification that I was going to be there at the appointed time, but I was just flying blind, trying to guess what I was supposed to do. Thankfully, I’ve had other animals spayed and neutered so I knew not to feed my dog anything or give him water before the surgery. But you need the front office to be more efficient in documenting important contact information from the client. Good communication is vital.

Reservations system needs improvement. Calling, leaving messages, having to call back. Too much back and forth. It also took 2 months to get an appt. I know based on your price point you are very busy but a better reservation system is needed.

Scheduling was difficult but so thankful to get in. Very professional and knowledgeable staff.

Clinic manager and staff were amazing. Friendly, helpful, and looked after the customer and my dog Bernadoodle Louie. I bragged about you guys to my wife when I got home. Thank you!

I enjoyed visiting and services at Mercy Crusade I wish it was as easy making an appointment because I do work nights and i ve called multiple times until I went in person besides that everything is great there! I would recommend and refer others here

I had called to schedule my cat an appointment for her to be spayed in December. When I arrived to my appointment I was told I didn’t have one. I had to wait to see if there were any cancellations or no shows in order to have her spayed that day. Fortunately the manager gave us the OK and squeezed us in. Very appreciative for her and the staff. The pick up was a bit hectic but the staff was very nice and trying their best to keep everyone happy. My cat is doing great and I’m very happy of the outcome.
