Thank you Mercy Crusade! It’s always a very positive experience when me and my dog Percy Poo come in for our visits. The staff is so friendly, caring and very prompt. I only had to wait about 5 minutes in the lobby before we were called in. Special shout out to Dr Wray for being so patient. She happily answered all my questions and concerns. Also a big thank you to Junior for helping me with my volunteer paperwork. Cassandra helped me at the front desk and was so welcoming, we had a great convo in the process! Love this place.

I was taken back by how kind and sincere the Dr was with myself and my Cat. I will absolutely continue taking my animals there and feel confident with their care.

I was very pleased with all the staff and facility. However, trying to get into the parking lot and facility was a nightmare.

The parking situation is atrocious. I had to park on the street in the rain with two cats. And then wait in the rain with them. I think the improvement I would make is a canopy over the outdoor waiting area. I imagine it would be good in the summer as well.

So grateful for this vet clinic and their staff. Always a pleasant experience and I will continue to bring my dogs to receive quality care.

This was my first time, and there s two different sides of benches. There were 3 dogs on one side of bench so I sat on the other bench with this other cat owner (we were #4 and #5). When the staff opened the door, they just started giving out the clipboards to the dog side that had about 5-6 owners in line by then. And I approached the staff to let her know and she gave me a clipboard and the last clipboard went to person #6. I felt bad because I didn t give up my clipboard to #l4 but that other person should have!! It felt like SURVIVAL of the FITTEST on this Thursday Morning !!! Otherwise, all great!! Please consider putting a sign out there so that this doesn t happen again. ??
