It’s a busy practice, little more time w Doctors would be helpful, to really get an understanding of my pets needs and care. Cats can be very complex. I am over all satisfied with the care of my animals. The technicians and front desk are very kind.

The wait time was very long, however it was explained to me that there was an emergency with another pet and they needed all hands to help. The doctor did apologize several times when she came in.

Love your practice. Both the tech and Dr Faircloth are kind, understanding and knowledgeable. Examined our scared kitty inside the bottom of his carrier so that he would feel more comfortable. Hearing about Dusty’s bad reaction to his vaccinations last year, gave him steroids and Benadryl before the three normal vaccines. That really helped! Very quick service!! Was able to get my pet rat in for a surgery consult Monday and she had the surgery Tuesday and was back home to me on that same day!! So impressed and appreciative of everyone working there!

It s inevitable for service businesses to run behind - everyone is short-staffed these days, and Dr. Linda takes the needed time with each pet. It would be helpful if you could find a way to alert patients when appointments are running very far behind - my poor cat was already so stressed, and an extra half-hour in the car was not helpful. A text alert system, maybe? A quick phone call to upcoming appointments?
