Dr. Kim is great. She addressed our concerns and our not-so-good news for our elderly cat with compassion and factual addressing of her symptoms. Our cat’s time is limited with us, and we will continue to use All-Creatures for the health needs of our cats. Thank you all for being so awesome.

Waiting time is always too long. From the time you walk in the door until the tech comes in the exam room. You are there 50-60 minutes and the time spent with your pet is 10 minutes of that. Then you stand in line just to make payment. Too much waiting on staff.

Due to Covid I was unable to enter the building everything was handled very well under the circumstances it was a rainy day and staff was very efficient and both Linda’s Meekin and the receptionist were great.

I feel taken advantage of when it comes to your wellness plan and overall cost of the procedure. First, the wellness plan was poorly explained to me. Then I asked for the estimate multiple times during the pre op visit. It was eventually emailed to me, so I didn t have the opportunity to ensure I understood it (my fault for not calling in, but I have a baby and a toddler and work full time). I thought I had already paid almost $500, so the amount that may end up being due would be $100-$200. It ended up being an additional $600. I was completely taken by surprise. We were called during the procedure and asked to agree to a few teeth being removed - NOT SEVEN. And that was after we were told during the pre op visit that it was unlikely any teeth would need to be pulled. I asked for an explanation of which teeth were pulled and why to try and understand. I was told I would receive that, and I never did. I am genuinely disgusted with your financial practices and will likely write my honest review on Google and social media. I ve spent the last month or so just trying to move past this but honestly with the way the economy is now, I just can t. I would hate to see other people taken advantage of.

My dog was attacked by another dog after usual office hours. I was very pleased with the evening hours at your clinic to tend to my dogs needs. I was treated very well and the charges were reasonable. I will return to you in the future. Thanks for being so accessible in these difficult times.

My dog was done for 45 mins, Dr Raab even walked out to leave for the day and was surprised I hadn’t been brought out my dog. 45 mins after I checked out, I called and asked where he was and the receptionist said the technicians forgot he was still back there because they had all gone to lunch.

The first two questions don’t really apply so I had to say no but the service was great and all the employees were amazing and friendly as could be so for being the first vet I’ve ever gone to with my animals it will most likely remain the only vet I ever go to because the service already seems unbeatable and they really took the time to know my animal and provide the best care. I also expected to spend a fortune but was pleasantly surprised by how much it actually cost. Thank you so much for taking the time to take care of my little guy and help reassure me, I truly thank you

Dr. Kim Witalis is so friendly and loving toward the pets! I couldn’t ask for a better Vet to take care of our 4 leg family member. We always hope that she’s is the one working when we come in. She is always so happy to see FiFi and it definitely makes our dog feel more comfortable being there. I can’t say how much I appreciate Dr. Witalis’s time and care for our pet!
