The only reason for the low score on wait time was I m sure due to the COVID19 safety procedures. My animal was seen 30 minutes after three scheduled appointment time. This is understandable, and honestly a small price to pay for great service! I ve been so thrilled with this vet that I m considering switching here for my dog too

My dog had blood all over her leg and was sore for about two full days couldn t walk a technician gave her the shot which I was told but from now on I m just going to see the doctor.

When testing For heart worm and a fecal it would be nice if we were told results or at least write it on bill. Since not being able to come in because of their COVID restrictions and Dr calling on phone before tests finished we were not given results so guess they assume we would know to get meds

It is hard to complete this survey since many of the issues we have experienced is not part of this. The staff excluding doctors is extending incompetent. They mix up our name number and e mails constantly. We recently had to horrible experiences. A staff member would not correct my fiancé’s name to my name on our cats cremation form. I asked for them to change it to my name since it was my cat and they walked up to us and said “ you have both your names down as the owner”. All I asked was for my name to be written down instead of his since I cared for the cat. Our dog recently had an appointment and is an anxious dog. They called me at the end of the appointment saying she was ready. I walked in the breezeway and my already scare dog was panting excessively scared, trying to get out of her harness because the staff carelessly clipped her to a door handle! The staff were on computers at the front desk as my dog was hurting herself in that area alone. A friend of ours who we unfortunately recommended to this clinic found her dog choking himself since staff clipped his leash to his pinch collar in that area. We are very disappointed with the techs (the list can go on with issues) and how the clinic has handled curbside. It’s unfortunate since we have loved the actual doctors there. I am hoping ark can change there ways. This is no place for an anxious dogs. Clipping dogs leashes to a door and leaving them alone is no solution to a dogs anxiety at a vets office. We have now transferred and are encouraging others to do so.

Our overall experience was great, some billing mishaps and forgotten follow up, but all ended well

Very thorough on explaining everything about surgery for both my pups. It out my mind at ease. The techs are just as amazing and caring for my boys.

We have been very happy with ARK. Making appointments are easy and their hours are very convenient. The staff is friendly & professional. They take time to get to know our dog who is always extremely anxious whenever a vet visit is needed. It is our belief, everyone at ARK truly has our pet s best interest and care at heart. I had an appointment for 9 am. I takes me 20minutes todrive there and my dog is not fond of car riding. The eprson inside told me they had been trying to reach me as there was a conflict with the time. No one tried to callme and when I got back home there was an email that had been sent when I had arrived. I don t think I will risk making another appointment, howeever, you have all of her records now so I may try again.

I have no complaints about the practice or our 4/6/2020 appointment. However, I sent an email this morning and have not yet received a response. Guess I will have to call on Thursday.

This was an emergency visit, during a pandemic and we were very pleased with the care. My only suggestion would be: I called about the emergency and had to email pictures of the wound, after 2 hours I had not heard back. They never received the pictures. I was wondering if they should have called to say no email was received.

Thank you so much for helping us out with our vomiting scare! The staff went above and beyond and even checked up on our cat today. It’s appreciated.

Everyone really cares there. It s not fake, it is genuine. I know how busy everyone is but they take time to ask how you are and answer any and every question. I tell everyone about this office.

We recently switched to the ARK and we are so happy with our decision. Every appointment the techs and receptionists are helpful and polite. Great communication and prices compared to our last vet. Everyone let’s our dog get used to them before beginning the appointment which makes me comfortable.
