the staff was great answering all my questions and concerns i had in taking the best care of Jersey. the office was very clean i was was seen immediately. this is the best veterinary,i am now on my second pet going here . great job Doctor Seidel and staff

I’ve brought my hamster in twice and had a great experience both times! There was barely any wait time. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The vet and vet tech were great with Mercedes. They looked her over really well and took great care of her. I was a little in shock when I saw the fluid therapy/subQ fluids went up from $18 to $35 from the last time I was there.

Everyone was very nice, I was seen by another dr. because the one I was scheduled with was doing emergency surgery. I really appreciated that because it’s very difficult to catch my cat to take him to an appointment.

It is very deaf friendly. They willing gresture with us and bring laptop and communication through laptop which more fast and easier to communcation any questions or concern. They are amazing staffs! I love Christian! she is very sweet! I am recommend to another clients come to Ark!
