I really appreciated the kind & caring manner from check in to the attention of Dr. King & the techs that were with us. We love our cats so much. Although Tonchi is not nice at the clinic, he is a completely different personality with us at home. He is loving & protective of us. We are so grateful you treated him so well, in the manner that supported his personality. Thank you so much.

Did not get everything we came in for.

I run a husky rescue and Dr bird is one of the best veterinarians in Oregon I have ever worked with! She is a great communicator, my animals all love her, and she makes sense! Such an asset to southern Oregon! We love you Dr Bird!

She needed attention 2 months ago please don’t let the animals be about money ? Please you told us she was too old to get her tooth pooled last visit you said she needs her tooth pooled I am confused! Thank you sorry but we are very sick ?? and we care about our companions thanks

I am very happy with the service I receive. The issue I have is that when I call I can t always get through. There is no way to even leave a message. It is as if instead of answering the phone they hang up on you. I think this because the answer machine goes through its announcement but then the line goes dead. Can you fix this?

Dr. Stichler seems like she doesn t listen or ask enough questions. She jumps to conclusions without digging into all the facts.

Arrived early and was accommodated early as well. I appreciated the way the staff at the desk were friendly and attentive. The most impressive part was that my appointment was at 10 am and My pet was seen by the doctor at 10 on the dot. Very nice over all.

The staff were compassionate, kind and professional. We recently moved to the area, and have found our family vet. Highly recommend!

this was my first visit to this office, I am happy with the vet tech and the front office staff.

We were very satisfied with the service we received. Both Tech & Doctor really helped us.

The rooms were full of other patients, but rather than keep me waiting they brought my old girl back and gave her her old lady checkup, then came out and talked to me so I wasn t sitting around waiting forever for a room to open. It was so nice of them, and made it quick and easy for us!

My experience with Companion was outstanding. My stress levels were through the roof and it has settled tremendously because of Companion. The front desk ladies were over the top amazing. They called and checked on my pup after we were home. The vet that did my pups surgery was patient and honest with me. I was juggling a baby and a puppy right out of surgery and they literally helped me so much. I will recommend Companion to any and everyone. Thank you so much for everything.

I tried to schedule an appointment on line and received no feedback. I came in the next day with my cat and was told the online site wasn t working for scheduling appointments at the moment. I would suggest making that apparent in the future. Id hate to see people go elsewhere because they thought you were ghosting them.

All 5 of our animals (3 dogs, 2 cats) are all patients here and we have had nothing but amazing experiences every time we visit. Including an urgent visit we had recently with one of our dogs, they got him back within minutes of arriving. I would recommend this clinic to any body that has pets.

Woonderful place for your pets. Friendly caring staff.

It is a two hour ride from my home to the office in Klamath Falls but the treatment that my dogs receive makes the ride well worth it. I highly recommend Companion Pet Clinic also from the office staff to the vet tech and vets are great.
