I love Prescott Animal Hospital and its staff. The vets are the best anywhere and truly care.

Dr. Peters and everyone at the facility were wonderful.

Since I had not received any updates/ reminders for Guido s necessary needs in almost a year, I e-mailed you folks on 3-12-19 asking for a status.... I got no reply / response... NOTHING (check it out... 3-12-19)….you never responded to me. The wait time for my visit this week was unacceptable.... I m a heart beat away from finding better customer service for Guido s needs

We have always received the most excellent care for all our animals from the entire staff.

I am extremely grateful for all of the staff, Dr. Taylor and Dr. Chambers, and the techs for taking such great care of Tito and me.

Everyone was wonderful.Dr stayed late just to do urgent surgery on my little dog. Thank you so much.

My appointment was with Dr.Armon for our bearded dragon. We came a little early and were told she did not have another patient, we were shown a room quickly and proceeded to wait almost 40 min for anyone to come in! 20 min past our scheduled appt we saw the tech. 30-35 min past our scheduled appt we finally saw the dr. I found her abrasive and condescending. Next time I ll go to the exotic vet across town.I am a professional and have a busy work and family life. Waiting that long to see a vet for our lizard is not ok. The other dr s that have cared for our dogs never had us wait long at all and usually I find our care very good at PAH.

Charging a wellness visit every time I bring a member in is greedy and many other vets do not do this. Why make healthcare for are fur babies as bad as it for ourselves???? Just a thought and probably no one really cares...

We re new in town, so pleased to find PAH!

I had discussed one antibiotic with the vet but when the technician came in with final instructions the antibiotic had changed. It would have been nice to hear from the vet about this change. Really though my experience was very pleasant. The exam room was spacious and comfortable and I felt I had the vet s full attention while there.

We were informed that the charge to trim our cat s rear nails only is going up to $15, same as if all four feet were being done. Does NOT seem fair!!!!~!

The people there are amazing they re helpful their kind they re never rude and they always make time for you I would recommend Prescott Animal Hospital to anyone. But more importantly Amie Dow she s amazing I have never met a veterinarian who is so compassionate who is so honest and she fights for your animals she is an amazing person and I know that God has blessed her with the ability to truly help animals.
