You guys are great to Archie and were great to Flint until his dying breath. My only complaint is that you send these emails to Sinead. Please change that to Matthew. Sinead and I have been divorced for nearly six years. Other than that, you guys are amazing and always have been.

the gentleman receiving animals and running back and forth that day was great. i never got his name but he has been at the front door throughout the pandemic and he is a pleasure to deal with. his positive attitude and welcoming nature is a credit to your practice so please let him know everything he does is very appreciated.

The vet was amazing and super helpful, she gave me a lot of tips for my girls and was so patient! My girls loved her too!

I would not like to have the Dr. I saw see my pets ever again. I’ve never had a doctor treat my cat so roughly and be so dismissive. He was also obviously not treating his staff very kindly. I’ve had wonderful experiences with other doctors here in the past, so I’ve been able to overlook the overall shabby and outdated appearance of the clinic, but this gruff, disheveled old man of a doctor won’t be putting his hands on any of my pets ever again. The rundown appearance of the front of the clinic also makes me very worried about what the back half looks like. I can only imagine it’s falling apart just as badly as everything else. I’m scared to get my kids any sedated procedures here. NOPE. I’ll stick to bloodwork and vaccines for the convenience of the location and the other lovely staff who have been so kind to me and my kids. I just hope that guy isn’t the owner of the practice. Heaven help you if he is!

I have gone to many different veterinarian clinics but Lefferts Animal Clinic is by far the best one I ve been to.

You don’t get to stick with one doctor. It seems you get who ever is available.

Staff was very attentive to my pet needs. I was under enormous stress and the provider walk me through the process from start to end. I was very pleased with services received on this date. Previously, my other pets were patients at Leferts, and I relocated because I didn t feel connected to previous providers with feeling heard about their care. I would recommend the provider Dr. Deborah Delgado who cared for my family member. She took her time in her observation and learned some about my pet s personality and charteristics while conducting her assessment. She also reinforce sign to beware of upon returning home and encourage immediate follow-up if symptoms change for the worst.

Please keep up the good work in taking care of our pets. They are not just pets, but family !!!!

Dr Helpern can work on showing more empathy and compassion. his answers to questions seemed evasive and his suggestions for possible causes of presenting problem were not well thought out. his recommendation for steroid medication was unsupported by assessment of symptoms.

I would prefer coming into the exam room with my pet.

Really long wait times. I wasn’t seen until an hour after my appointment time.
