I’ve been coming to this office for close to 20yrs and I’ve appreciated your service, all around! I like Dr. Yang! I like the others too, but do not know them by name yet! Honesty & Compassion is important to me. In fact, the only reason I starred 3 for the last question is because of COVID-19, we are at curbside assistance. I feel that 3 is a neutral number. However, a majority of the years I’ve come to visit with my 17yr old cat and 1 yr old puppy, I’ve appreciated your cleanliness =).

It’s very hectic due to covid and the staff does make it convenient as possible. I did have to wait a very long time to be seen dues to unforeseen emergencies which is understandable

On a Thursday afternoon, waited over 40 mins outside for my dog to go in for a quick routine blood work. I can understand on a Sat when it s busy but on a weekday at 1pm waiting outside for 40 minutes just to be checked in is a lot. After she went in, the appointment was quick and easy. The survey is asking if the facility is clean and to my satisfaction, I wouldn t know. Due to covid rules, patients cannot enter with their owners. I hope these rules change soon. Although I m sure it s easier to handle Pets without their owners, it s causes unnecessary stress.

I was EXTREMELY STRESSED AT THIS APPOINTMENT. MY DOG WAS TAKEN IN AND KEPT THERE OVER 45 MINUTES WITHOUT AN UPDATE AS TO WHAT WAS HAPOENENING. I ASKED DIFFETENT STAFF MEMBERS AND WAS TOLD YOUR DOG IS OK. I CALLED THE FRONT DESK AND WAS PUT ON HOLD FOR 11 MINUTES. I FINALLY TOLD A STAFF MEMBER IF I DID NOT SEE MY DOG OR THE DOCTOR IN 5 MINUTES I WAS CALLING THE POLICE. DR. HALPERN CAME OUT IN A MINUTE AN EXPLAINED THINGS TO ME. IF IT WEREN T FOR DR. HALPERN I WOULD NOT COME TO YOUR FACILITY OR RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. I0

The only issues I have are that there is generally a long wait to be seen. Also, parking can be tough. I think the service is great and the vets are really good.

It was difficult to listen to the doctor over the phone because of the amount of trains passing by the area. Would it be possible to email a summary of the visit in the event someone might not have heard everything.

I am not very pleased with one of my pets bill. I was only told months ago about complimentary ear cleaning, nail trimming and anal gland expression in 15 years coming to this vet. But what they didn t tell me was that it only becomes complimentary when my pet sees a vet not a tech. I spent $15 x3 for all these services when I could have just wait to get grooming which I have today.... 3days after. Don t get me wrong I love Lefferts!

Just came across this today. I answered in general because post-Covid has been different. What’s good about your practice is the same thing that’s not good. While there are many doctors and many appointment times available, problems arise. Doctors may report test results or have follow up appointments for pets with whom they’re unfamiliar. Without that relationship, next steps can become vague. Doctors don’t necessarily agree on treatment and may not have time to thoroughly review the chart and recent notes. It can make it difficult to know in whom to place your trust. So, yes, the hours are convenient, the staff is polite, the office is clean, etc., but I feel communication needs improvement.

Love Dr. Valdes and Dalshad. Have seen other doctors here and were not satisfied. We only see these 2 doctors. The office staff is very nice. Thanks so much. We have been coming here for years.
