Everything seems to be perfect!

I did not see Dr. Whitke this time. I say one of the lady Drs.......not sure of her name, I know it was on her coat but she did not introduce herself. I am not feeling very good about our visit. They took Gracie to the back and said they would be back. Did not invite me to come with her. The doc came back to tell me Gracie was having a hard time.......she had a blood draw, two vaccinations and the doc said she was able to examine her. Gracie cried and howled the whole time......I wished they would have done all of those procedures in the front exam room, where I just had to sit and listen to her. The doc said she was able to examine her and said she was fine. Dr. Whitke would do all of that up front and in front of me. HE offered me suggestions and had conversation with me. The doctor did say for me to just stop by so Gracie would get used to the place and get a biscuit. It sounded like it was all her problem. I thought it was a quick visit for a yearly appt. and 243.00 later.

Everything went smoothly and I am very pleased with service.

There was a misunderstanding on the expected bill but wasn’t a big deal. Friendly staff and satisfied with the service.

I phoned after hours and left a voicemail explaining the reason for an appointment for my dog as soon as possible. My dog was seen the next day. I appreciate the quick response, thorough examination and advice.

Very nice facility with very nice personnel. Will trust to care for my cat for years to come.

I was thinking it would be so nice to offer some outside seating. Make a garden like area with some shrubs and trees and have a few teak outside benches. I would prefer to wait outside with Theo because he gets so nervous. Especially nice in spring, summer and fall. Just an idea which would look nice and offer someplace peaceful and pretty.

Overall, I enjoyed my interactions with Sophia and Dr. Wittke. A bit more of an explanation of the chiropractic, acupuncture, and herbal modalities being employed would have been great.

Both the tech and Vet were very friendly and informative. Excellent care and help.

The staff here was so welcoming and friendly. I felt like they really cared about my pet and I m so happy that this is where I chose to bring him.

I was told that I would receive an estimate for my cat’s upcoming dental exam. That was it has been two days and I haven’t received it yet. Maybe there could be a faster way for estimates?

I ll share that the diagnosis was way off the actual situation. And that turned out to be fortunate. The doctor s best assessment was that our cat has a cancerous mass, so we didn t want to penny pinch on x-rays and the like. However, by late the following day he d returned to good health and was happy again. So we spent a bunch of money and fortunately haven t even needed to administer the prescription we filled. How many of his 9 lives are left we ve not yet discovered.

We ve always been happy with our visits. Everyone is always friendly and professional.

This clinic is fantastic! The services we use are really great and our Fur Baby loves being there! If the survey didn t record all 5 s, please indicate that. I have made several unsolicited referrals to friends and neighbors. I love the convenience of close proximity to our home, too!
