I was almost in tears when calling to make appt. and Shauna was wonderful in getting my dog in even tho they were booked up``Zig got in within 1 hour to be seen between appts. thank you so much Shauna!!!

great visit

I was very impressed. Dr Hainje spent a good amount of time with us and I felt like she addressed all our concerns plus some! She gave us some good solutions for rehabbing Sophie that I really didn t know existed. Sophie and I will be back to explore them in a couple weeks. The glucosamine has already been a good start and I can tell she feels better already. I m excited to start her on a program to get her feeling good again!

We have four pets who are treated at BGVC and in all the years that we have used them we have never had anything other than a fantastic experience. I highly recommend them as they genuinely care about the animals they treat, are committed to making sure the pet owners understands recommended treatments or why pets need certain things at certain times, and are always cheerful, pleasant and helpful with their clients, the furry and the human ones alike.

Staff was awesome; experienced minimal wait time; all my questions were answered; was easy to book and confirm my appointment on-line.

I was told I d be called Saturday morning about the blood screen for my cat, Cricket. I had my phone with me all day and never received a call. When I finally called the office, it was closed. Perhaps the screen did not come it, but it would have been nice to have a call to say so, since I was told I d received a call. My cat is hanging on by a thread.

I had to wait a bit to be seen, I didn t mind because I didn t have anything planned for the rest of the day, but it could potentially be an issue for someone. Overall everything and everyone was outstanding!
