Forgot to mention cost before charging for services

My husband was very impressed with the vet tech. She knew my cat and told him that he’s always a good boy. My husband said he is so happy that we go to a small vet because he likes that they know us. I have been coming to this vet since 2007 and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

The ladies took exceptional care both us and Toby and we are great full for both your availability and care in this time. Two thumbs and 4 paws up

The estimates are WONDERFUL!

When I made the appointment, I was instructed how to handle during the COVID-19. Smooth process! However, I was told I could pay with cash, check or credit card. I was not informed I would be charged a credit card processing fee until I was paying the bill in the parking lot. My emailed receipt failed to show this additional charge billed. This practice should be disclosed up front so other payment options can be available to your customers prior to check-out.

I’m sorry I didn’t get to see Dr. Wittke, but our visit was handled very safely and well in these Covid 19 times. It was a great, very professional appointment. Thank you!

Best vet clinic... wouldn’t trust any other place for my fur babies

It was not that the staff is unfriendly. Have had many issues with billing and incomplete visits. I understand the current situation with Covid and adjusting to daily changes, just a very uneasy feeling when the person taking your animal in and out isnt confident of what information to relay back to the owners or is not able to fix billing issues. Although very thankful for your commitment to staying open for out pets.

I don’t know how the facilities were, as we were outside and they can and got Sophie...??. The staff were great with the crazy procedures to follow and the Vet was very kind and helpful!

Staff is always friendly. Service is always great.

The techs are so wonderful and helpful! I appreciate knowing they are caring for my kitties when I need to bring them in for shots, etc. The front desk folks are great too, helping me make appointments that work with my schedule, and getting answers to questions. Of course the doctors are great too, and have done so much to keep everyone happy and healthy! I appreciate how everyone takes care of my cats like they are their own - thank you!

My pet had surgery and I never saw or spoke with the Dr. The nursing staff are fantastic! Just think it is strange no dr introduced theirselves.

I like your office. It is easy to get to. Your staff is friendly and likes my dog. I originally came to office after another Vet said my dog Shadow would be limping permanently. He just looked at my dog. I like your offer of nontraditional medicine. You took an xray and told me it was just a sprain and gave me some medicine. Thanks for being complete.

Just was odd as we have been bringing our pets to this facility for about 15 years and this was the first time they took my dog from me in the lobby to the back room for his shots. Never spoke with the actual vet during my visit.
