Dr. Bell takes her time with all my pet crew and I value her opinion.

When Lucy was seen by Dr. Bell in March for her regular checkup, Dr. Bell told me that Lucy would soon need her rabies shot. I received a reminder in June and called to bring her in. I was told that she would need to see the doctor if she were going to get her shot so I made the appointment. She has just been given her rabies and distemper shots and when I was presented with the bill, I told the woman at the desk that I felt it was not appropriate that I was charged for a doctor visit in addition to the charge for the shots. This was because Lucy had her wellness exam in March. The woman at the counter asked me to pay the bill and that someone would call me to discuss the issue of the doctor visit and a refund. Nobody has called me.

Dr. Kate is wonderful and took great care in evaluating Mikey! She is professional and kind. Mikey loved hr massage--we almost fell asleep! We would definitely come back.

I m always pleased with the attention and care that Sammie receives.

Lexie s appointment was very good.

Dr. Jennifer Dawkins & the tech (Craig?) were wonderful with my cat, Basil, who is a huge baby when it comes to going to the vet. They were very kind, gentle & patient with him (& me!)-they even did a little acupressure to calm him - & he was the most relaxed he s ever been at the Dr. All my questions & concerns were addressed & answered, & I never felt rushed or on an assembly line. I was very pleased & impressed with the visit. Many thanks!

More staff at the front, there was 2 families in front of us checking in for boarding and it took about 20 minutes for the girls to complete, by the time they were done with them it made us 15 minutes late for our appointment.

My suggestion would be to eliminate the call center. It is annoying and impersonal, when you call and your on hold, just to find out, 1) your not speaking to anyone you know or knows your pet and 2) they then need to transfer you to Hockessin. There should just be an option, press 1 for hockessin and 2 for wincrest.

Our cat was taken to your hospital at 10:30 at night. Both the vet tech on staff and Dr. Creasey were especially thoughtful and attentive. I was very impressed with the emergency care taken of our pet at this time of night but especially with the bedside manner of both of these employees. Thank you.

Dr Haviland is amazing. I will bring all of my animals to her. Checking in and out was VERY slow

We only saw a tech for a nasal “squirt”, but she was very kind and gentle with our dog.

I went back into the kennel area. Had been thinking about boarding my cat/dog. Was not impressed - not very clean or tidy.

We love Dr Anthony and staff. I highly recommend him to anyone . He is very knowledgeable and always takes time to talk to us and answers any questions or concerns without any hesitation:-) Wouldnt go anywhere else !!
