The care and attention by both the assistant Nancy and DR. Wilkerson was outstanding. Their love of animals is manifestly obvious in their care and empathetic attention to make the animals/pets feel comfortable. I have no complaint from the perspective of animal care, but the facility was unpleasantly cold...one needed a coat particularly if the period spent in the examination room exceeds 10/15 minutes.

We don t go anywhere else. We love Windcrest and the staff, especially Dr. Wilkerson, Nancy, Dr. Bell and the emergency staff/overnight vets: Dr. White and Dr. Kern. People complain that you re expensive; we don t give a rat s buttocks. We think you re fabulous and always know our cats will get the best, most compassionate, most innovative care.

What I deeply appreciate is the empathy and willingness of staff and Veterinarians to share their insights and experiences.

The computer would not allow me to answer any of the above questions. I just want to thank you for your excellent care of my Emily while she was there. Unfortunately she died on the way to the vet the next morning. I was advised that there was nothing we could have done for her as her disease had just run its course. Thank you again for your service that night. It was excellent.

I appreciated your accommodation of a next day appointment for my pet since she had never been seen n your facility before.

We were visiting family in Wilmington. They have used your boarding facility for their cats. Our small dog was well cared for, staff was excellent, doctor s report was the most complete we have ever received for our numerous dogs over time (pet needed a vaccination, thus the doctor s examination). I wish you, or a clone of your practice and services, were in our hometown. Bravo!
