Caring, smart staff. The best!

Dr. Anthony has always been great with my dogs. He answers questions and explains procedures. He has a warm, soothing personality that calms down the dog and the owner. Also, the vet tech was very patient with me and found out prices of the shots and the estimated cost of the visit and answered other questons.

Bit of a wait in the exam room, but no big problem. Everything else was perfect: speedy, efficient, friendly, informative and expensive. Thank you.

The only thing that bothered me was the fact that I selected grooming on the boarding form and was told at check in that there weren’t any appointments available. I have boarded dogs at other facilities with similar check in forms and they managed to fit in the grooming appointment sometime during their boarding stay. Now, I need to call to make an appointment and find the time for drop off. If grooming isn’t an option, I would modify the forms then. This was the only time I have been disappointed with this facility.

This survey cannot be completed, there is an error embedded in the email says the notice and none of the stats can be marked. My recent appointment was on all levels excellent! and as usual I was very happy with how Shadow I came away from it. However I was definitely not pleased to find out that our doctor was leaving. As in the next day. I think it was very irresponsible not to give us any advance warning of that - you are not a charity clinic. It was all very disconcerting and engendered the first negative feeling about Windcrest I have ever had.

Our visit was based on a boarding visit. When we arrived they could not find my reservation. I was held up at least 20 min

Dr Stoltzfus is the best vet that we have ever used. She takes the time to explain things and has a great personality.

While Cammie is always indignant, she and we really appreciate the great attention from Dr. Nammy. Thanks.

Dr. Wilkerson and Isabelle were so patient with my dog, who was very scared. They really went above and beyond to try to minimize my dog s stress and make sure she got her vaccines. The staff at Windcrest is always so friendly and welcoming. They have always been very understanding and accommodating when it comes to my dogs needs.

I brought my dog in for her annual checkup in April. She wasn t at that time ready for her vaccine booster, so I was told to bring her back in June. In June I was charged for another wellness exam. Don t love that.

Thank you, Dr. Stoltzfus and everybody at Talleyville! We are so appreciative of the care you give Jackson and Georgie. They might not show it, but they’re appreciative, too.
