Front desk staff is always friendly Knowledgeable and anxious to please.

The hospital staff and Dr. Snijders were very kind and took great care of Lucy.

I thought the care we received from Amanda and Dr. Dawkins was kind, compassionate, and as efficient as it could have been given the late hour and patient load that evening. Thanks for all that you did for us in a very difficult and sad time.

Great service

I was told that shots, vaccinations, etc. will not be able to be administered when our dogs are left at the kennel and will have to be scheduled in advance and separately. First, this is incredibly inconvenient. Second, this just seems like a money grab of having to schedule a second appointment. I highly recommend you reconsider this new policy. We have brought 4 dogs to Windcrest starting with Toby Ward in 2001 and this has never been the policy. Please be considerate to your loyal customers and patients.

I did not have an appointment. I ordered a renewal of meds and made a boarding appointment so this survey did not apply.

Perfect visit

Bruno’s appointment was a very good experience for him and me! Very friendly staff!

I brought my cat in with a leg Injury. We were seeing very quickly despite it being a last-minute appointment. Both the technician and the veterinarian were knowledgeable and friendly and made us feel at ease and well cared for. Also, I received a follow up email the next day which was very much appreciated. Thank you !

Doctor DeMarco did a great job on Rocky and Sophie. They are both doing fine and their teeth are beautiful. I was surprised though that no one called 24 hours after surgery to check how they were recuperating.

I specifically asked for blood work for her pancreas to be done. I was told by a tech that the blood work would include a test for the pancreas. It did not. I was told she had hepatic lipidosis. My regular vet tested her on Monday and it was found that she has pancreatitis. She got progressively worse over the weekend. The vet told me to email her with issues. I emailed her, and never got a response.

We are so incredibly grateful for Dr. Bell and team at Centerville Vet. Thank you! By the way, I know this is an older survey request but I just came across it and thought I d take the chance to share our gratitude.

Thank you for taking our dog in! After we told our regular vet that our dog was throwing up 15+ times (which started turning bloody) in less than 12 hours plus, our regular vet told us ohhh maybe we can squeeze you in tomorrow . I called you guys right away from previous ER visits I ve had with my other dog and other recommendations - and the whole service from start to finish was amazing. You guys said No, absolutely bring him in ASAP and made us feel like we weren t going crazy. Thank you for all your service and taking care of our pup, Nike! He s a handful day in and day out.

The doctor that examined my fur noodle was by far the best veterinarian I ve taken my babies to! The vet tech that worked with him was awesome! You can certainly tell she loves what she does and the fur babies she gets to see. Definitely recommend this clinic 10/10!!!

Great service

The staff on this visit - particularly Shania - so helpful! I couldn t get Gus into his cat carrier by myself, so he rode to the hospital in the car on a leash. She came out to the car with me, and helped me stuff him in the carrier - and did it with a big smile on her face. Just super service.

All staff were kind, patient, knowledgeable. Everyone was clear in their explanations. The twice daily calls from the vets were so reassuring and informative. Of course there are wait times. Again, the kindness of everyone was striking and so appreciated. Thank you.

Prices are very expensive

The visit to Windcrest is always pleasing, the staff is very pleasant and eager to address all of my issues.

Everyone at the office was very nice and took great care of our puppy.
