Although everyone was friendly, I was extremely disappointed by the job that’s was done on my dog Cooper. He had to have his abdomen shaved for an ultrasound. When he came home, there were small cuts all over his abdomen from the shaving. If there isn’t sufficient time to complete the shaving without cutting him, then it shouldn’t be done. It’s absolutely unacceptable.

I would like this to be the new norm! I don’t really like taking my dog in. I worry what other animals are there and I hate to watch her get shots or give blood!

Wait time for getting our dogs out of car was very long. This stresses them out since they dont like riding in the car as it is. Also, not being able to walk your dog back to boarding is terrible for owners & dogs. Why cant we enter w/masks as it is a CDC safe guidelines. My dog didnt eat or go bathroom for 3 days. Whenever we called to check on them, everyone except Jaime was Horrible on the phone. Seemed like it was a bother for them to give updates on our pets. Didnt make me feel comfortable at all w/care they were receiving. Very disappointed! Ive been a customer for well over 25 years. Something has changed & not for the better. Not sure I will board them here again. Also why do some dogs while boarding get featured on FB page & not all dogs? Would be nice to have been able to see my dogs or a photo while I was away, especially since 1 was having difficulty. All we did was worry about him the entire time & eventually came back early to get them.

I appreciate being able to get my dog seen when I could not get an appt. with my regular vet. I do not like the concept of curbside services. I prefer to remain with my pet.

Our visits during the pandemic have been easy to schedule, the staff has been efficient and compassionate. The doctors always take their time with us.

They gave great service with the new office changes.

Love Centreville vets and the staff, but think they try and push too many vaccinations and it’s very expensive!

We have taken our beloved cat to Windcrest for all emergencies, and each time have been very impressed with the level of care and service the staff and doctors have provided. This time was no different, but being during covid-19, we could not go in with her. It worked out really well, we were able to go home and prepare a small room for our pet and Windcrest called us with an update and when she was ready to be picked up. They followed up with me via phone a day after her visit, which I really appreciate! Thanks for being always available, flexible, friendly, and so good with my darling pet!

I was so scared to find a new vet in my new city but everyone here was so sweet and took great care of my baby Dallas. I will be bringing our other cat here for his wellness check up soon :)

From the 1st phonecall, the appointment, and the follow-up call, everyone was so sweet and so professional!!

Everyone was so kind and helpful despite it being midnight and dealing with several other emergencies before my pet. I knew he was in good hands.

There was a 3.5 to 4 hour wait which I was told up front when I called. I know how busy the hospital was that afternoon and evening. It wasn t easy to get in nor was the waiting time convenient but the professionalism with the Doctor and the tech/nurses was wonderful and I knew my dog was in great hands. The medicine worked over night and my dog was a new animal. Thank you!

The curbside service was so great and the attendant who took our dog inside was so sweet. We have always had good service for 35 years thanks to all at Windcrest.
