Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They took Olive in, fixed her up and got her back to us very quickly considering the line. Thank you so much for taking care of our little bug eater!

Due to COVID we were instructed to wait in the car while the vet saw our pet inside. I would have appreciated an opportunity to join our pet in the room during the vet s exam in a physically distanced manner. It did not seem necessary under the circumstances to keep pet owners outside.

In this Covid world, the visit went as well as could be expected. We waited in the parking lot for someone to come to the car and take our pet in for an emergency. This was done in a timely fashion, and Sofie was seen immediately.We spoke to Dr Wilkins by cell phone from the parking lot, we were briefed on her condition and the treatment that was recommended, then waited for her return to the car. I don t think the whole thing lasted any longer then a regular office visit! Kudos for figuring out a system that keeps everyone safe and maintaining your high standards. We will be bringing both of our cats for the annual checkup in September.

I d not used the curbside services before and they went very smoothly. It s been many years since we needed emergency service and I really appreciate the ability to use it when needed. Dr Dawkins was very patient, thorough and helpful taking care of Libby and explaining things to me.

The service is great specially with the ongoing pandemic

The only problem I had was the spelling of my name which is Katelyn. Listening to that kind of information is a little important but other than that I was treated wayyy better at this hospital than I was at Spca which tells a lot. Thanks to the night shift for being so patient and understanding at such a late hour. <3

To help mitigate any aggressiveness/ anxiety for pets I think as long as social distances are observed with nose and mouth covers, one owners should be allowed inside with their pet(s) to make it less stressful for our furry family members. I was lucky enough to have been given the opportunity to be with Copper as it helped in getting Copper treated with less stress for everyone. ??

The staff and the vets were fantastic! Our parrot was injured, and I didn t even think he would make it. But the vets were so kind and caring, and provided us with twice-daily briefings of our bird s status. They did a fantastic job, because when we picked our bird up almost a week later, he was almost as good as new. We couldn t be more pleased with this hospital and heartily recommend their services to other pet parents.
