I had to make an appt for my dog because of an ear infection and he was able to be seen and treated within 2 hours of my making the initial call. The staff were very courteous and kind.

I didn t do the stars correctly because they stayed the same. I gave a 5 star answer on every question.

Total was very high. On fixed income and didn t expect to have to pay for emergency doctor to provide shot before grooming. Also, was told senior discount didn t apply. Shared experience with family and friends and they were so surprised that charges were so high during this time when finances are hard.

Curbside wait was about 10 minutes -- nothing serious. It was well worth it to be met by the informed assistant who answered all my questions!

The curbside service was very efficient, Dr. Anthony even came out to discuss treatment/evaluation of my pup. I appreciate the care Hockessin Animal Hospital staff took to treat my pup, and to help me feel at ease not being able to come inside with her.

I was told the procedure for my dog would only take 40 min. but it actually took 1.5 hrs.

I usually board at Hockessin but will definitely be bringing Rudy back to windcrest ??. And giving him a toy was such a sweet thing to do!

Thank you for taking such good care of Poco. He s doing much better and seems to be getting back to old self. However he s still licking quite a bit where the IV was and there is drainage on his blanket afterwards. I m not sure if that s from his mouth or if he s irritating the IV insertion site? I hope we re able to get back to normal office routine next year..I miss talking in person to Dr. Bell.

Tori was wonderful and made me feel so comfortable and I was thrilled that dr bell took the time to see how Orlando would react to the clippers and she even went the extra step to keep going to save us a trip as well as Orlando getting what he needed!! Thank you!!
