There was an error in the written instructions I received along with the medication for my pet. I followed the instructions on the medication bottles rather than the written form.

All were excellent in addressing my concerns with Cody and thoroughly explaining the followup. I am planning to transfer all vet care to Windcrest.

Allow one visitor in to make the pet more comfortable also I would if been able to explain other concerning lumps on my dog if it was in person since the vet could not locate in her own what I was feeling in his skin.

I had been with previous vet through many of our animals,so it was hard to leave there,but location and pandemic situation made up my mind to switch. It so far,is a seamless transition. Tha car-side consult was comprehensive and reassuring. Thank you

I really liked my birds new doctor. She was very nice and answered all my questions I had. I definitely know they handle birds with care My Jojo was very healthy which is important. Ky budgie Jojo was very chirpy on the way home from his wellness appointment My dogs use to have great care there. I m happy with that BUT what I m not happy with is the cost they charge...But don t get me wrong the care comes with any pet. and they seem to push unwanted testing and unwanted food pellets which my bird doesn t need. When we visited the ER with our sick rabbit, Frieda, Dr. Dawkins and Katie provided compassionate and professional care.
