Always a pleasure to be cared for by Dr. Mitchell and the wonderful staff at Hockessin Animal Hospital. During these scary times with the threat of Covid 19, they took extra precautions to be sure that we were comfortable being there.

Just very expensive

I brought my guinea pic in and the vet was super thorough with the exam and when he was checking her out, he went over everything including husbandry, diet, and other tips and tricks. Wonderful visit!

The Vet tech was amazing. Very professional. Very knowledgeable. She was amazing. I actually thought she was the Vet.

Dr. Bell was very through in her examination of our dog. She took the time to explain his needs and gave us good medical advice.. She was loving and caring towards our dog. She was very knowledgeable and pleasant.

The vet was great. Very knowledgeable and professional. Everyone was friendly. Initial wait time to meet with the vet tech was zero—which was great. After the vet tech finished, we waited alone for 15 minutes or more to see the vet, which was less than ideal. I understand those things happen sometime. Also, we did not get a breakdown of the bill. We didn’t ask for it or care that much, but seems like that should be standard procedure.

My appointment was at 7 and I was not seen until 7:50.

Really liked Dr Brockman. She was very thorough and nice. Didn’t feel rushed even though she was handling quite a few emergencies at once. Great Dr!

I signed up for daily emails for Tiffany Guthrie at boarding and didn’t get my first one.

Is to expensive to go to your hospital, I couldn t go with my dog with all the treatments she needed because I couldn t afforded. Now she has no medicine, because I couldn t pay for it.

I 1st went to VSCD who s wait went from 1-2 hours to 2-4 hours in 30 minutes. I was so happy to find out no wait at Windcrest and our overall experience was very good. Only complaint is felt the cost was a bit high, but thankfully have injury insurance.

Dr. Bell is so kind and thorough. I love her and so does my dog!

I rated 5 for the staff bc with the exception of the Dr the girls were AWESOME!!!! Our assistant was so kind, attentive and welcoming. Dr Hamill on the other hand may have been enough for me to not return or give a good rating. She was definitely not friendly and the first thing she did when seeing my dog was open her mouth and said EWWW!! Not to be childish, BUT she’s really not in a position to make a comment about anyone’s mouth with the way hers looks. She just wasn’t very friendly or even comforting with my concerns.

Dr Mitchell and her staff went out of their way to actually come outside since our dog wouldn’t go inside. Thank you so much!
