Dr. Revay and the vet tech (female with green eyes and light brown hair) went above and beyond. They took their time to ensure my pet was well taken care of. Not only this, they took their time with talking to me and providing as much information as possible verbally and in paper form. I can’t tank them enough for saving my pet bearded dragon, Cheezit.

I am very confused by what took place regarding my dog Cali’s appointment. As we missed a heartworm pill, we were told that she must have bloodwork done to confirm we could provide the bloodworm annual shot. Blood was drawn but before the results were in, the annual shot was administered by Dr. Anthony anyhow - despite the vet tech asking him if it should be done before the blood work was completed. She seemed uneasy and uncomfortable by this which made me uncomfortable. Furthermore, it was not explained to me that the heartworm shot would also require a following dose to be administered orally on a quarterly basis. This was not disclosed until after the shot was given at the very end of the appointment. I also only received two quarter’s worth when I should have received all 4 since I paid for the full annual dose of the heartworm shot. I should not have to go back in 6 months to get the rest. Lastly, I was told that our dog needs to have her teeth professionally cleaned and that she’ll need to be put under to do so. I was told that if we schedule it within 7 days then we could receive a 10% discount. It makes me very uncomfortable for a ‘hard sell’ tactic such as this to be applied to a situation such as this. The cost of the procedure should be the cost of the procedure regardless of when I schedule it. I’m very disappointed in the overall appointment and am contemplating if we will be back. If anyone is able to respond to help clear this all up it would be much appreciated. Sean Monaghan

Benny got excellent care with you and the technicians and doctors were great with Benny and me. He is doing well at home but understandably is not yet as energetic as he normally is. That is expected but he is in good spirits and we both thank you for the excellent care.

Cheyenne and Dr. Dawkins were fantastic in taking care of my mini dachshund when he presented with back issues. They appropriately made a referral to a facility that could do surgery on his spine. Frankie is making a quick recovery, and I believe that is in part to the prompt medical care he received at Windcrest. Thank you so much!

We think Dr. Haviland is a wonderful vet. She helped us care for Belle, a stray we took in several years ago, as she succumbed to mammary cancer last summer. She is professional, personable, and compassionate--everything a good vet should be. We recommend her to everyone who asks for a reference.

Everyone we interacted with was super nice. They listened to our concerns and were not dismissive about any symptoms. We were in and out very quickly and were glad that they were able to see our sick pup on short notice. Hannah and Dr. Dawkins were great and front desk staff were also very friendly!

Windcrest is out for all the money they can get. What a rip-off! I paid over $300 for a doctor of veterinary medicine to have me call an animal poison number (and pay them another $59). The doctor did absolutely nothing. The poison hotline had the information. When I arrived and told the front desk the problem of my dog possibly ingesting a blood thinner, they should have had the decency to tell me to call the hotline first. They just wanted the money! I would NEVER recommend Windcrest to anyone.

I loved the vet I saw and will definitely be bringing my other two birds for their routine appointments. My only comment would be that my appointment time was at 8 pm and we were brought back very quickly which I appreciated since we were early. However at about 7:50 the vet had to step out to take care of the 7:30 appointment who arrived 20 minutes late. I would have liked if they would have finished my appointment first since I was on time.

Dr. Anthony is the finest veterinarian ever. He is excellent in every aspect and one of the kindest men I’ve ever met. Dr. Anthony has been taking care of my best friend for 13 years and and thanks to him, I hope to have a few more years with my boy.
