Although you seem very capable and expeditious not to mention friendly, your costs are insane. My wife and I are retired now and for us to spend nearly $400 the other day is outrageous. We discussed Toby’s weight and you said it was good. Then when giving us the results of his fecal exam and blood tests you try to schedule an appointment three weeks out to discuss Toby’s weight. That seems wrong and it smacks of you trying to take advantage of us. Bottom line.......you are too pricey.

I love Windcrest. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. I particularly like my doctor. She does a thorough investigation of my dogs issues.

Very nice facility. Doctor was thorough and very caring.

We came on an emergency at 4:30 am . We were very please with the Doctor and his assistant. He was very gentle and professional checking our sick dog. He explained very clear its conditions and gave us detailed steps by steps what he would do and alternatives. We decided what was the best and let the doctor proceeded. We saw improvements on the same day and complete recovered on a few days after. Very happy, very pleased with the service.

I was reassured that changing the food would be okay. I had explained my experience in the past with good changes. Again I was reassured. My dog was still in the process of changing over to the new food, when she began to show intolerance (GI distress, abdominal distension, bloody diarrhea, lethargy). Upset that the advice given to change came with such discomfort to my dog. I stopped the new food on day three of the transition, my dog is doing better now, but had two uncomfortable days.
