I would have loved to have been able to schedule the next appointment for vaccinations when I was there. I don’t know if it is possible or if I just need to call.

Billing was not explained, just handed me the print out.

Dr. Schmidt was very thorough, answered all our questions and gave excellent care to both our dogs. It s always a pleasure dealing with the Vets and staff at this clinic!

Staff was very professional. Unfortunately my dog lashed out at both the Vet and the Tech and the appointment had to end. I was allowed to remove my dog and pay over the phone which I greatly appreicated.

As always the staff at Lebanon Animal Hospital are top notch. For some reason my original request for a call back from Dr. Vielbig did not get to her, but once that issue was resolved, I was able to talk with her, get my questions answered, and set up an appointment. We LOVE the staff. Everyone who has worked with us cares deeply for the animals and their owners. This is our second dog that Dr. Vielbig has taken care of and she does an amazing job with both the canine and the human :).

Thank you for opening the clinic back up. Waiting in vehicles & not seeing the doctor with pets was really frustrating & felt like a waste of a lot of time & money.

I was very impressed with the amount of time allotted to our appointment. Very thorough, and did not make us feel rushed.

I waited a half hour past my appt time

Arrived in parking lot. Called let you know I was waiting, got put on hold,was disconnected had to call back. Waited 30 minutes in my car. Have always had to wait. Thinking of changing vets. Really frustrated with your office. Terrible customer service.

I am not complaining, just making an observation. I was surprised that during the routine exam, the vet did not look in my animals ears or eyes. Just temperature and a brief listen to the chest. Again, I’m not too concerned, it’s just way more abbreviated than I’m used to at your clinic.

It was nice to get to go in! The nurses were very patient, as was Dr. Sarah! All our dogs love the care they receive at Lebanon Animal Hospital!
