I had an 8am appt and arrived early but couldn t call in as no one was answering phones. About 5 other cars came for an 8am - more than they can see at that time. I waited almost 30 minutes for my pets to be taken in. I would suggest staggering times. I did this 2 days in a row for my pets with 8am appts. I would rather have been booked at 810, 815, 820 and not sat for 30 minutes. It s not efficient or customer conscious. There is no way at 8am you are backed up - this is normal process but it is very inconsiderate of the customer. Everything else is wonderful- good care, sweet people - just fix the check in process!

I never received a call that my dog was done with his bath and I called to check. I was told he was ready to go and paid over the phone. When I arrived, I waited 17 minutes before he was brought out to me. And then after I left (don’t live in Lebanon) I realized they didn’t put his collar back on or bring it out with him. Tried calling to ask if they could set it aside and the phone lines were busy and/or kept ringing. I was a little disappointed with my pickup, as it has never been like this before.
