After several attempts to complete your survey, I could not see that my choices were noted. When I clicked on a star it would not highlight. None of them would, so I m assuming there is a problem with the survey? Anyway, the questions don t seem relevant now, since we can t go inside.

I will be much happier when we are allowed back in to the facility with our pets.

I got a quote for getting my dogs teeth done. The quote was hard to understand. The office gal had to leave the phone cause she was not sure either.We got it figured out!

I made the appointment 2 weeks ago just to be sure my cat could be seen. In the past waits were very long. I feel for the Techs having to come out to the cars. It would be nice to go into exam room with my pet. I did go to another vet with my dog so I could get an appointment

Dr. Sarah saved our Chihuahua from heart fail, she stayed at the hospital overnight with him to give close monitoring and care throughout the night. we were very happy with the vet visit and will come back for sure. Due to Covid we were not allowed in the building, so have no idea what the office facilities look like..

My phone number was wrong so they were unable to reach me, instead of waiting for approval on procedures, they went ahead and did a $130 worth of extra procedures that I didn t agree to. Kept my dog for 2 hours Including having to wait 20 minutes past my appointment time. Was charged for kennel fee Couldn t get a breakdown of the fees over the phone, the person was not forthcoming with information. I will not be bringing my animals back here.

I do understand that staffing is short and wait times are long.

I was a Walk-in, between regular points. Took care of my dog right away. After 2 days, my dog is already feeling much better. Thank you

I spoke to Catherine at 7:30, let her know I was there for a surgery for my dog. She said she’d check me in and have a Tech come get her, I told her I was parked in space A. Needless to say I was not happy watching other people drive in after me and their dogs taken in. I called Catherine again, she said, “I checked you in”. I said it’s 8:15 and I’m still waiting with my dog. She said she’d send a tech out, she did, at 8:40. There is a lot that needs to be gone over with Catherine.

All the vets have gone above and beyond to help me give my pets the best care possible.

I was unable to enter do to Covid 19 restrictions.

Once my wife got in, things were fine. HOWEVER she sat in the parking lot for OVER and hour and 2 phone calls from her and one from me before somebody came out to get our dog Dora. This is the second time this has happened. The excuse I was given was that she couldn t be found. She was in a BRIGHT ORANGE Prius that can t be missed. Nobody ever tried to call her cell phone or our house phone, both of which are on your records. Somebody just didn t care to do their job. The person who took care of Dora was great, we ve never had any complaints with the care our dogs have received ONCE they got in. I know that times aren t the best now, but each time she sat there and watched other people come and go while she was waiting. August Johnson
