I feel very comfortable knowing my animals are receiving top quality care. Very friendly and professional and my animals go in happy and come out happy. So grateful for this Veterinary Hospital.

Cannot comment of facilities cleanliness because I was not able to go in. I had to wait a while in my car with two anxious pups for a while even tho I was on time for my appointment. Both my pups got neutered, both came out covered in feces. I was so happy I brought blankets. Stunk up my car. Once I got home to go over paperwork, I had two rabies vaccine record for one dog. I had to call and make sure my other dog got rabies vaccine, she said he did. I asked her to mail over the other dogs paperwork. She said she can do that and apologized. Things they can improve on, I did not know the total until I picked up my dog. I know and understand that it “may” change but a estimate would have been nice. When I got there, paperwork should be ready to be ran out to me. I had this scheduled appointment for two months and I confirmed. I’m not sure why it took so long to bring out paperwork and to take the dogs back. My dogs are doing well, they explained medications to me and took time to tell post op instructions. Overall I wasn’t amazed at the service they provided, but I wasn t upset at it either. They can improve if they wanted.

I asked to give dog vaccinations in 2 separate sessions. As my dog only weighs 10 pounds. They gave all vaccinations on same day. My request was ignored.

Very nice, and thorough of my dogs health issues! Doctor called and explained everything, so I felt a part of the plan she wanted to see my dog get healthy!

I don t know if the facility was clean bc not allowed inside due to covid.

I had an appointment for my dog who might have kennel cough and he needed his nails clipped. I was brought medicine to my car, told I didn t need to see the vet, told the vet couldn t clip the dog s nails that day. I asked if my dog had his bordetella shot and was told yes.. today,, I received an email stating I need to make an appointment to get him his bordetella shot...and, I waited in the parking lot 51 minutes ...evidently no one answered their answering machine. I had to holler at someone in scrubs who was walking by my car. I still don t know if my dog has ke need cough. Why have an appointment if I can t actually have the dog see a vet?

As always totally happy with Sara and her assistants It’s trying times but they really do all they can to help our fur babies. Always satisfied ??

I paid for a scan that I was told was a mass and needed looked at but really it was my dogs liver they were feeling. How are you a vet and you can’t tell the difference and then charge me $500. It was an extremely upsetting day to find out that my dog was just fine but I’ll be paying this off forever.

Didn t see the office, had to sit in the car until they could come get my puppy. I didn t really like not seeing the Vet face to face, but COVID PROTOCOL prevented it. All in all, they were nice and my puppy is healthy and happy. I couldn t ask for more.

Even with the service outside of the office, everyone did a great job. Care was excellent like always. Even though I don t live in Lebanon anymore, this is still a great place to take your pet for care. Thank you, Dr. Sara. You are great.

I so appreciate Dr. Vielbig and the great care she gives to Jag. Even though we can t meet in person, she has always taken the time to call to give a report from the appointment and I never feel that she is rushing to get to her next task at hand. I m looking forward to the time when I will be able to accompany Jag to her appointments again. Thank you, Dr. Vielbig and staff, for the great service you provide.

Considering the COVID ban has been lifted almost everywhere, I was extremely surprised and disappointed that my dog and I had to wait in the parking lot, blacktop paved with no shade, in or near our car for over 20 minutes AFTER our scheduled time. I was there 5 minutes prior as well. I tried to explain to the tech my dog has some anxiety and is particular about his lease and collar. She continued to put on the loop leash they use. This having smells of other animals and unfamiliar to my dog added to his nerves. She proceeded to pull him into the office while he was gagging and wheezing from the leash tightening. While I was trying to comfort and encourage him to the door at least, I was reminded that I “could not go in”, I was only trying to comfort my nervous dog. After waiting half an hour her was brought back out to me, nails I clipped, being told it took 3 of them to hold him down and they still could not do it. My dog has been seen there since he was 8 weeks old for any and all of his care. He will not be back. When I scheduled the appointment I explained to them his feet were very sensitive. I took him to a groomer who nipped 2 of his quicks a truck ago and they assured me it would be no issue. Knowing he would not even let me do it. It was a waste of my time, a shock to myself and my dog to be not only not listened too or heard but also the level of disrespect in the manner they handled him. So very sad to see people who have no understanding or empathy for animals in charge of their well being. Disgusted.

With COVID-19 restrictions I haven’t ever been inside the clinic.

Great service. Amazing follow up with calls by the vet after her dental cleaning and two more calls by staff after that. Better than human care by a mile!
