I believe you should ask vet patients if they want their dog to wear a cone after their neuter or spay surgery at 7:30 A.M. To add the roughly $7 to the bill if they state, Yes . My dog came to me at 3:30 after his appointment without a cone on, and I was disheartened they didn t put a cone on him at the end of his stay. He, like most dogs, would lick at his wound.

My dog still will not eat. No blood work was done. So I am not sure the diagnosis was correct. My dog is not in very good shape.

I hope, in the near future, that you will allow pet owners to meet face-to-face with the vets.

I like the doctors in this vet clinic, but I would like to be able to come in to the building and talk to the doctor in person. I know with the pandemic it wasn’t possible a year ago, but temperatures can be taken just like every other doctors office. I’m hoping this can be changed soon.

This was the best experience we have ever had with a vet. The Dr and all the staff were extremely compassionate and helpful and took time to explain things and answer questions. I would recommend this office to anyone. The prices were worlds better than other places we called, plus they saw us quickly as new patients whereas other places required a long wait, some months out. Once we were seen, they offered extra help with no charge. We felt very cared for. So grateful we found this office.

I had to wait 45 minutes to have my cats brought out to my car. I think you may have forgotten about me!

Unless I missed the information nowhere in email scheduling or outside the office did I see I needed to call when I arrived. After 6 dogs/cats went in ahead of me I finally asked an employee why I wasn t being seen (we were standing outside the car). Maybe the confirmation text/email could have that information to call when arriving? I waited over 20 minutes yet I was the first car to arrive in the parking lot.

I had an appointment to, not see a doctor, just get Bravecto applied to my skittish cats. I had to wait OVER one half hour. People were coming and going while I was waiting there. They were getting taken care of in an expedient manner but I was left standing there. After ONE HALF HOUR I called and asked how much longer it would be because I was ready to leave after at least 6 cars came and went. FINALLY someone came out and got the cats and brought them back out in about 3 minutes. WHY even have an appointment if I m left standing out in the parking lot for OVER ONE HALF HOUR for a 3 minute procedure??????????????????? I m VERY unhappy about this.

You guys are great! My boy is always excited to go into the vet. That says a lot because (w/ Covid) I’ve never been able to go in w him. I was concerned about it being traumatic for him when I had to wait outside. I think it says a lot about how the staff treats him...because he’s happy going in...and happy going out. Thank you LAH!

Had to wait a while but it was obviously very busy. The vet tech was very good about apologizing for the wait time. Sorry I don t remember her name. You guys are all great.

I have always found the doctors and staff, very knowledable and friendly....they ve always taken time and care with me and my girl. Listened and explained clearly. The seem to truly care about my girl...

I was a few mins. early for my appointment. It took over 30mins for someone to come out to my car. I think that is way too long especially since I had an appointment.

We brought our dog in for shots at a 9:00 appointment and waited 30 minutes past our appointment before our dog was taken back. That is not a reasonable amount of time to wait to get in for any appointment.

A little expensive. Just for an exam and 10 pills was $109.00
