really liked the animal hospital since this was our first time. hard to get in for an appointment becaues you are so,busy. that was evident when we arrived and had to wait for 20-25 minutes. appreciate the time dr. schmidt spent with us. i had more questions but knew she was busy. thanks and we will see you in august.

We had an appointment for 10 am and weren t seen until 10:40. If I d been told we wouldn t be seen until 10:40 I wouldn t have sat in a running car with the AC on for 40 minutes.

It was a very hot day. We were asked to wait in the car with our dog. We had to wait 30 min. past our appointment time in the heat. Any where else I would have been considered a bad pet owner.

It s no fun waiting for extensive periods of time in the car or on the phone trying to reach someone, but I really appreciate Amanda Willis super care of Kali, and how caring the staff is. I was really worried, but she did very well and is healing quickly. Thank you for loving and caring!

The staff was friendly and the doctors knowledgeable. They were gentle with all animals and saw us at our appointment time with no unnecessary waiting. I will definitely be using this as our regular vet.

When I call the phone number, I often get a message that is confusing. I guess the phone is busy but takes a while to figure that out and just keep trying. Frustrating since it looks like at first that I got a wrong number.

Waiting times during the last two visits were unacceptable. I understand COVID restrictions present a challenge, but waiting 30 to 60 minutes to have someone come out to pick up your pet is excessive. It’s hard to get through on the phone, and if you leave a message, it’s apparently not retrieved in a timely manner, so staff may not even know you’re waiting. We have been satisfied with the care, and we appreciate precautionary measures regarding the health and safety of people during the pandemic. I just hope more efficient drop off and pick up can be implemented.

I believe you should ask vet patients if they want their dog to wear a cone after their neuter or spay surgery at 7:30 A.M. To add the roughly $7 to the bill if they state, Yes . My dog came to me at 3:30 after his appointment without a cone on, and I was disheartened they didn t put a cone on him at the end of his stay. He, like most dogs, would lick at his wound.

My dog still will not eat. No blood work was done. So I am not sure the diagnosis was correct. My dog is not in very good shape.
