I have always found the doctors and staff, very knowledable and friendly....they ve always taken time and care with me and my girl. Listened and explained clearly. The seem to truly care about my girl...

I was a few mins. early for my appointment. It took over 30mins for someone to come out to my car. I think that is way too long especially since I had an appointment.

We brought our dog in for shots at a 9:00 appointment and waited 30 minutes past our appointment before our dog was taken back. That is not a reasonable amount of time to wait to get in for any appointment.

A little expensive. Just for an exam and 10 pills was $109.00

Due to covid, not allowed in the office. The precautions taken were greatly appreciated.

The assistant that we met was professional and incredibly helpful. The customer service she provided is why we intend to continue coming to LAH. Though, unfortunately the information that we received from the vet was delivered in an unprofessional, judgmental, and condescending manner. Quite unnecessary. This comment is meant to be an honest reflection of my experience and is hopefully conveyed as constructive as possible. Thank you.

Not able see inside of facility. You should have a not applicable choice for this question. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful during this appointment scheduling and arrival. Great communication from Dr. Vielbig.

All of the employees/vetanarian were very friendly and good at handling the animals in the parking lot. It can be a little overwhelming for the animals with cars/traffic zooming by due to the fact of covid-19 it may be hard for you all as well. All I can say is thank you for handling my frightened kitty with care!

You know I understand what that covid-19 thing. What I don t understand is my dog years I have never left her own type of veterinarian s office in my life. I think the whole curbside thing is absolutely ridiculous I m sorry if people wear their masks that shouldn t be a problem be able to go inside. Give you guys a little food for thought. When you guys go say shopping or whatever don t you go into stores with people with wearing masks as well think about that before you do curbside service has very disappointed Darien personal on the level up I could not talk to the doctor about my dog. I think it s very very sad I was very very disappointed overall the service for my ammo I guess it was good I don t know but he seems to be fine so thank you very much for being employees and vegetarians as well

We have taken my dogs to Lebanon Animal Hospital for years. When we moved to from Lebanon to Albany there was no way we wanted to change to a different veterinarian clinic, because we knew we have the best.

We appreciate Dr Sarah so much. She treats her patients like family. She is a special woman.

I was very pleased with the vet I saw as she and her tech. were patient and helpful. I would recommend her and am happy I found a familiar face to guide me with health concerns as I re-enter the equine world. On another note, I want to offer my thoughts with the decision of not supporting those of us that choose to buy our medications online. I am diligent at bringing my animals to you to be seen and that can often be expensive so if there is a way to save I will do so. I have been using your office for decades, yet it was very disheartening to hear you won’t help with online orders any longer. I don’t feel that is working well with your clients and hope you will find a way to ensure seamless care for the critters or simply lower your prices to offer fair competition.
