Staff was incredibly helpful, friendly and compassionate. Only small irk was not being acknowledged or greeted in arrival. Few people standing in waiting area, hadn’t been addressed or advised it’d be a few mins despite someone sitting at a desk near the front. (I know you guys are always busy, just would be nice to be acknowledged of arrival and someone would be with (us) clients asap.) Not sure if you have dedicated staff for the front desk, but that would surely be a bonus!! Otherwise, 5* for all care provided, and all staff that we dealt with. ??

As always Barr-North took care of my little angel and they have done with all of my animals. The staff is always friendly and very nice.

I find the staff to always friendly. I loved my last vist. I had Dr. Morgan. She was personable. She explained what was wrong with Teaka. Satisfied with the visit. Sometimes I would like to know what other vaccines that Teaka needs to be up to date with them. I think she is up to date. Otherwise great job to all the office staff and Dr s.

Dr. Chris was excellent with his call to us after he had seen our Cat Pumpkin. He was extremely courteous and compassionate and explained everything very well. He also said we could call him if we had any problems or questions. But I would like to ask here, if we could have the blood work test results from our visit emailed to us nm please. This was a visit for my two puppies but we have been here before. We are always very happy with the service and how accommodating the staff are. They are very detailed and show they care about the animals and their owners. Very pleased as usual.

I have been treated like family especially when I had to put my little dog down. I was so sad and they were so compassionate then I received a card and everybody from there signed it I was floored. I highly recommend this veterinarian clinic. The staff is so polite and so quick to accommodate. Love you guys.

Husband chuckled at the tiny woman getting pulled by our Dane at pick up lol. Sure give the tiniest girl in the place the biggest dog!
