They may be alittle more expensive than some vets but they are very nice, 2 separate locations and take the time to make sure you have all questions or concerns addressed.

Everyone in the lobby were very nice when we walked in. I brought in 2 dogs and 1 cat - it was a lot and she (the vet tech) seemed just fine. the vet tech was very kind and you could tell she cared. But most of all she was very informative. My pets are my kids - I never felt uncomfortable in the staff with them.

Dr Stephanie was very helpful and through all about Apollo. Answered all of our concerns and questions about Apollo’s issues and as he aging. I’ll give you all 5 stars ?? ??????????

It was the best visit I have ever had. The Vet and her technician made me feel like Eleanor’s care was of the utmost importance. So thankful for both of them.

Michelle was amazing through the entire appointment! She was very kind and thoughtful and answered all the questions I had. Every time I have visited this location I ve been met with the best customer service and care. My dog and I are anxious clients and the staff helps lower this anxiety. I feel very fortunate to be able to schedule farm visits for our horses thru Casselton Vet Clic. Four horses....annual shots, teeth floating, sheath cleans, Coggins, quick health exams, and other health items examined in a matter of a couple hours in the comfort of our own barn. Doc Moen and staff were awesome working with the horses. Truly is a privilege to get such great care for the horses right here at home.

Dr Peterson took time with our dog and the care he provided made me feel at ease. I am grateful for the chiro and acupunture my dog received as it has eased his arthritis.

Dr. Smith did an amazing job with our dogs ear infection. It is almost completely cleared up after only 3 days of using the ointment she prescribed! I am afraid I don t recall the named of the Vet Tech that was assisting, but she, too, was awesome!

The vet and tech were very kind and helpful with my cat. They even cleaned her ears for me as I have no one to help me hold her at home.

We brought our dog in for a spay/dew claw removal and everything medically with her has been great - we are 6 days post surgery. The updates and check-ins throughout the process were great. The tech who came out to speak to us was wonderful in answering our questions and speaking with us-I wish I remembered her name. My only suggestion with the whole process: when I received the call to say the surgery was complete and everything went great, I didn t feel the amount of details were necessary such as the milligrams and frequency of 2 different types of meds. Providing those types of details over the phone I felt wasn t needed especially when the tech went over all the discharge information including meds the day we picked her up. Simply put, the phone call could have been higher level information such as we ll be sending home a pain killer and antibiotic both will need to be given twice a day with food. Thank you kindly!
