my vet didn t even do a full yearly physical exam. She didn t look at eyes with light, she never checked back or hips on any of my pets. My appointment was 40min and she was in the room about 10min. Disappointing for the prices you charge.

We greatly appreciate Dr Mary. She is thorough and makes sure to get answers.

A very pleasant visit.

My most recent visit was great. I tried out a new vet for my girls per my mom’s suggestion. She was great! Had a calming demeanor which I feel kept my kitties at ease. I appreciated the time she took to look over my girls and give me input. The vet tech was also so friendly and nice to them! Thank you so much

The wait for a appointment is too long.

Wait time on the automated system gets lengthy when trying to schedule for things that come up other than wellness visits and shots. Other than that staff is professional, helpful, and respectful and our pets are well cared for.

Everyone was wonderful. Dr. Stephanie was so compassionate and caring, along with Grace. Ensti apparently loved them both, he was a true gentleman.

The vet blamed my dog for freaking out however he never has done that with any of your other vets. Seemed like he was in a rush and did not try to get friendly, with my dog before grabbing him and doing a physical on him, I think if he just slowed his approach it would have been much smoother.

I was there for 4 hours. We still have no idea what s going on with Ralph. It s concerning to me with all the testing that was done and it was about $700 and I don t have answers of why he has protein in his urine. Maybe there are no answers no definitive ones. I m just very concerned of what s going on with him. I m hoping that the doctor speaks with other vets within your clinic and bounces some ideas off. Dr. Kobiela is wonderful and very smart and maybe she might be a good one too just get a second opinion from about what maybe is wrong.

I would like to complement the two vet techs. They were great! The vet was very thorough and answered all my questions. Overall, I was highly impressed! 5 stars for every.

All the staff were very courteous and caring. My three cats were a bit stressed having to come to the vet but were soon put at ease in the relaxed cat room where they could check it out on their own and get comfy. My cats are always treated so well at Casselton Fargo!
