Appointment took over an hour for just a wellness check, so it was a little inconvenient

We love seeing Dr. Bartholomay, he’s always kind, takes the time to listen while making us feel heard and supported! He genuinely cares about our dogs and their health.

Dr. Schmid and the vet tech were fantastic! Our reactive dog does very well with her and that says everything. She definitely knows how to read the personality traits of a large overprotective dog. Took the time for a thorough exam, answered questions, concerns and gave recommendations. Going to the vet with a reactive dog is very stressful for everyone, but since we ve been seeing Dr. Schmid it s been a positive experience and have had no issues. Thank you!

Every employee was kind and helpful! Dr. Thill has always provided great care to my lizard. She goes above and beyond to make sure that we have a plan of action that is comfortable for us and in the best interest of my lizard.

There was a lot going on, which I think caused the vet to be a bit short with explanations. There were also multiple animals being seen with different owners and it felt like a few were blamed for the condition of the other animals because the owners left early.

We will be driving to casselton for for all of Sammy s appointments. We love it there and always did when we had Louie.

Tech in exam room did most of the talking. Vet seemed preoccupied and didn’t even look in my dog’s ears. She thought they looked okay. I asked about a lump and she said it’s probably just a cist.

I was very impressed with everything. From making an appointment to having my dog checked and the procedure he had done.

I would suggest that the doctors spend more time talking to their patients owners during a wellness exam. I felt like it was a rush to get us out of there.

It always so expensive, but we had excellent care.

I didn t know nail trims were $30 or I d have skipped asking for that ??

Only downside was that the prescription label was put on the wrong package so I ended up with a medication I couldn t give Juno and have to go to the Fargo office to get it switched.

I love how much the staff care about my pets like they are their own. The doctors spent a lot of time getting to a diagnosis and follow up care that will be needed. One of my pets is with us because of the care she received.so very grateful for them!

The vet I saw dismissed all my concerns. It seemed they didn’t have my cat’s best interest in mind.

Gabi and the vet tech were extremely nice and helpful. I brought my 3 big dogs by myself and they let me know they would help before i could even ask. Vet was very nice and just a great all around experience. Thank you!

They fargo office is always a amazing place to take our dogs . They always do thier best to accommodate our needs .

I arrived at 1045 thinking my appointment was at 11 but it was at 1130 amd no one told me my mistake only that I would be waiting a while. I realized my mistake at 11:14

Our vet tech was very knowledgeable.
