The Dr. that saw my dog and cat was very thorough and kind

Excellent experience at Casselton Vet! The staff was kind, respectful, and very understanding during my dogs’ dental cleanings. 10/10 highly recommend.

The vet made my animal very nervous, took way too much time fiddling with a phone to transcribe, cause great stress to my animal, trying to apply a broken muzzle-eventually had to leave and return again to complete the visit. When really a quick shot hello and goodbye would’ve been sufficient -not impressed, very disappointed.

The front staff is always friendly and helpful. It was busy when I dropped off Seven but they got people registered as quickly as possible. The only issue was they called me after Seven was done with her surgery and I never got the call or a message. Not their fault but it was upsetting not to know for a couple more hours.

I enjoy your staff and hospitality. You treat our pets as family. Special thank you to Sarah who kept an eye on Sadie after getting spayed. It was comforting to us. Thanks to everyone who loves animals!

We received much needed information on our pets. Everyone was and always are very polite. You always get a warm feeling when you enter the clinic. The staff is amazing

This is the second time since October my cat and I have been to the Casselton Vet and this is the second time I left feeling regretful I went. The assistants are always very caring but the doctors have been disrespectful to me and my knowledge of my cat s normal behaviors. During my October visit the doctor did not communicate with me about how sedation would affect my cat so rapidly. When I became distressed about my cat collapsing, the doctor suggested that I just leave the office instead of explaining what was happening. Both visits I felt pushed into more and more meds, xrays, etc. Both visits I spent almost $500 and didn t receive any solid answers regarding my cat s condition. I will be going to a different vet.

Great staff, personal connection.

I like the old timer (I m one too). He takes his time and explains everything. You guys still need to lower what your charge for cleaning teeth. Way too much !!!

I was disappointed with the checkout and overall timing of my visit. I waited over 20 minutes just to pay, while other clients were checked out immediately after their appointments. In total, I spent more time waiting than the appointment itself took. When I finally reached checkout, one of the services was not listed, and I was then informed that a blood screen discussed earlier had been missed, requiring additional wait time for it to be completed. For a visit scheduled as a shot-only appointment, a total duration of 45 minutes felt excessive.

The vet I saw during my visit was incredibly sweet and patient with my concerns. They were not upset with how my dog was acting (she can be a diva) and were willing to take the time to make sure she was comfortable the entire time and all my concerns were taken care of. 5 stars all around!

They were a little backed up when I was there, but it wasn t too bad. Everyone there was very pleasant.
