Dr.Moen listened and thoroughly addressed my concerns. Her and tech Melanie were patient with my cranky old dog.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Bartholomay and his technician at our appointment on September 9. We were brought into the room promptly at our scheduled appointment time, and from the beginning, I felt like they truly listened to my concerns. My dog can be pretty nervous in new places, but they took the time to make friends with him and help him feel comfortable before moving forward. Dr. Bartholomay completed a very thorough exam to evaluate the lameness we came in for and took the time to explain what he was seeing and what he recommended. This was my first experience bringing a pet in for chiropractic or acupuncture treatment, so I really didn’t know what to expect. Dr. Bartholomay and his technician made both me and my dog feel very comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire visit. They explained the services before providing them, answered my questions, and most importantly, I felt heard. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the care we received. It was a very positive experience, and I would absolutely recommend Dr. Bartholomay and his team.

Everything went fine. We waited a while past appt time to go back and also quite a while to pay before we could leave, in the past I walked right out to the counter and paid.

Understandably, it is not easy to be seen due to demand for for dog dental care. We were put on a waiting list and thankfully we only waited a couple of months, so it all worked out fine. I had a question on brushing my dog s teeth after I left. I called back and the doctor came on the phone and provided the answer himself. We appreciate the care and concern about our dogs from all the staff.

They were really behind schedule, I had to wait in the room for 40 minutes.

I liked the vet I saw on this appointment much better then the vet we saw year before. She was patient and kind to Opal, even though Opal didn t want to get on the table. The vet gave her pets just to put her at ease where the previous very did not. I appreciate this greatly since regular very visits are important. They are made easier by personnel that shows three animals kindness and care.

It was a very efficient visit, but we were never in an appointment room to discuss mya. I did not have an opportunity to mention that Mya’s allergies have been bad recently. Doctor last time said she may need to move to a stronger medication than abiquel this time of year, can she try that next level allergy med?

There was a mis-communication about when the shots were required when I made the appointment. This resulted in me now having to have 3 appointments in what should have been two. I also has a voicemail 54 minutes before the appointment telling me to reschedule since one of the doctors was gone. I didn t see this voicemail and went to the appointment. Instead of turning me away I was seen by a diffferent doctor. I don t believe that she looked at or knew about what shots Orzo had had and when he had had them. I really think the extra appointment I now have to go to should be free. Thank You.
