The wait for a appointment is too long.

Wait time on the automated system gets lengthy when trying to schedule for things that come up other than wellness visits and shots. Other than that staff is professional, helpful, and respectful and our pets are well cared for.

I love doing business with Casselton Vet Service. You have always taken the time to help me with cattle issues, and I have always been happy with how respectful and helpful the veterinarians and staff have been. Thank you for doing such a great job!

Everyone was wonderful. Dr. Stephanie was so compassionate and caring, along with Grace. Ensti apparently loved them both, he was a true gentleman.

The vet blamed my dog for freaking out however he never has done that with any of your other vets. Seemed like he was in a rush and did not try to get friendly, with my dog before grabbing him and doing a physical on him, I think if he just slowed his approach it would have been much smoother.

I was there for 4 hours. We still have no idea what s going on with Ralph. It s concerning to me with all the testing that was done and it was about $700 and I don t have answers of why he has protein in his urine. Maybe there are no answers no definitive ones. I m just very concerned of what s going on with him. I m hoping that the doctor speaks with other vets within your clinic and bounces some ideas off. Dr. Kobiela is wonderful and very smart and maybe she might be a good one too just get a second opinion from about what maybe is wrong.

I would like to complement the two vet techs. They were great! The vet was very thorough and answered all my questions. Overall, I was highly impressed! 5 stars for every.

All the staff were very courteous and caring. My three cats were a bit stressed having to come to the vet but were soon put at ease in the relaxed cat room where they could check it out on their own and get comfy. My cats are always treated so well at Casselton Fargo!

Dr. Moen and her nurse Paige were so gentle and nice to princess that this was her best visit to date. They took time with her and were gentle with her. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thank you so very much.

Used to be easier to get an appointment in a week if needed, now your scheduling 2 months out. The pricing has gotten really high too.

Thank you for all the time you all have taken since Duece Durfee’s surgery 3 weeks ago. This CBLO surgery was a major surgery and will be a long and difficult recovery. We have had a lot of questions and concerns and all our calls have been answered quickly. Thank you for taking such good care of him during his two week stay immediately following his surgery. This is a stressful and new experience for us and have been very thankful for everyone’s patience and willingness to help with our concerns.
