Very very disappointed in the lack of communication with your staff. We were told our pet would be staying 90mins due to lack of available staff to do the procedure. 90 mins turned into 6 hours with no communication from staff as to what was going on with our pet. When calling the office before anyone picked up we had to sit on the phone line having it ring for 15 mins to then be put on hold another 10 to leave a voicemail. The amount of time that took, we could have been to your facility and picking up our pet. It seems your business is taking on too much than it can handle. The front desk staff have phones always with calls on them and they are unable to tend to them. Being a worried pet owner on the other side of the phone is not the service I am willing to pay for. With the severe lack of communication I would have not been surprised if our pet was left there overnight due to your staff not reaching out to us. We picked up our pet 1hr before you closed because we had enough. We brought our pet home and was told they were too stressed in the vet to have a bowl movement but at the same time told your techs were aware of his heart condition and didn’t want to stress him out. We made it to 52nd street and had a cat crate full of feces. Our cat came home barely able to walk I would assume from the pain of having to get a bath and the toll the stress took on his body from the day spent in your loud office. When we asked to speak to a tech or vet we were told someone would be out to talk to us in your lobby. There was no privacy. The hand off of our pet was done in the lobby and we had to ask about his day. We should have been brought into an exam room to be given our pet and explained what happened and why we didn’t receive any updates for 6hrs. No communication for 6hrs and impossible to speak to someone when calling. Very very disappointing and I would not recommend your vet to another individual.

Dr Thill and assistant Clarissa were very kind and professional. Their compassion made a big difference for me and Piper. I can truly tell you care about the animals you treat. The receptionists were also friendly and helpful.

The front desk is busy, I get it, but their lack of attention while they finish a task is unacceptable. We, along with another customer, stood within 2 ft of front desk without even being looked at for over 6 minutes! The next customer waited even longer! Not a ‘Hello’, not even a glance in our direction to let us know they see you. Casselton location is a completely different vibe - there you are at least greeted upon entry. If there is that much Admin, have an employee in back on computer completing those tasks - not as the first unwelcoming face when customers walk in door.

All staff was so patient with Corbin. I was concerned because his last vet visit was due to an obstruction and required surgery. I was worried he may be nasty but vet and techs didn’t rush him at all. They were wonderful.

Dr. Thill and the tech we saw (I didn’t catch her name) were both wonderful and so helpful! I really appreciate that they gave us a variety of options to explore in helping Tallulah’s GI symptoms and gave a transparent price breakdown of each option. They took time and answered all of our questions and they were so friendly. I really appreciate both of them!
