It feels as though I m getting nickel and dimed without a care of total cost. I like your business, but the amount of pushing for extra tests, rechecks are getting out of hand. My dog a few times a year gets bacteria on his skin and an ear infection. Same thing every time and I get pushed to spend as much as possible. I feel I can t walk in your door without spending $600 for a simple ear infection or skin infection.

I think the way appointments have to be made in Fargo is a bit inconvenient, but guess you have your reasons for doing it that way. The prescription I was given for my 13 lb cat was 60 mg instead of 16 mg. Not sure what would have happened had I not caught it before giving it to her.

We had a great appointment - all staff I worked with were fantastic. Pugsy is treated like a Queen and she never hesitates to go in. Pugsy is very sensitive to other animals and the staff works very well to not put her in any situation that would create anxiety for her.

All 5 stars for the questions above. I keep coming back to Casselton Vet in Fargo because they are the best! Best at what they do, all of them. Always friendly upon arrival, make you feel like you’re important to their business! You cannot find that at many places, whether it be a vet clinic, a restaurant, a bank, a C-Store or a regular hospital god for bid!! I ordered meds for my dog a week prior, and there were zero questions asked about why, what they were for or anything! Reason for that is because I am a regular there at the Vet Clonic because I choose to go no where else! It’s just the best place to take my “Kara” (White Lab). My Dog loves all the workers there. She gets excited as we get close to parking in the lot!! In all reality, my friends have been coming here as well and love the place too! I would like to thanks the staff one again for making my life simple as an easy walk in service with outstanding people to help you with you Dogs needs. Honest to god truth! Keep it up Ladies!! I love you all…….????????

I didn t feel the vet cared about my dog, and barely said anything to me about him. She was not personable at all. It was the quickest I have ever been seen even though he has been there since he was 8 weeks old, and I have had many pets seen at this clinic. Not happy about with Dr. Gossard at all. Didn t look in his mouth at all, barely looked into his ears. She listed to his heart and lungs and squeezed him a little and that was it. I bet the appointment lasted 4 minutes, pretty high priced appointment for that amount of time. Her assistant was good and did his nails, took his blood. Also, not happy about your payment system, had to pay days after the appointment since the system was down after I thought I had paid. It wasn t until the next day the clinic called and left me a message that the payment didn t go through because of the system . If I could I wouldn t give Gossard even 1 star rating. They may be alittle more expensive than some vets but they are very nice, 2 separate locations and take the time to make sure you have all questions or concerns addressed.
