Really enjoyed our visit. The vet techs were great with my scared dog who does not like to go back to the procedure room.

It took 2 weeks to get an appt.

Would be nice if we wouldn’t have to wait so long to get an appointment.

The $100 charge for same day appt should be disclosed when the appointment is made. I wouldn’t have done same day if I had known.

Lack of seating options in lobby and hard bench is only seating option in exam room.

The vet was great. She took the time to talk, listen, explain. Very well done. All staff was very helpful.

The tech that was waiting for my arrival was phenomenal! She helped relieve my stress and held my hand while the extent of my horse s illness was being determined.

I’m bummed that I can no longer see Dr. B. With my new puppy. I heard he’s only see Chiro and acupuncture clients. Maybe my Stella will need another adjustment.

I was able to get my pet in quicker for a check up than I d she had been sick according to the available appointments on the website. Also, I scheduled my appointment early in the morning to avoid an extended wait time. I arrived 10 minutes early and waited almost 20 minutes past my appointment time before I was seen. Beyond that everything was excellent.

All staff were considerate and friendly. Thank you!

I absolutely love the fact that Dr. Bjerke sees all my animals. He is so good with them and I am very comfortable with the top notch care he provides. I’ve had other vets at the Casselton office that I wouldn’t even allow a venomous snake to be seen by! Dr. Bjerke is just so kind and compassionate to both my dogs and my cat. I am so grateful to have found him and to have him be the one to provide care for my aging animals. I just can’t say enough good things about him!

The care and compassion shown by the whole team is second d to none. This is why I drive 45 miles to Casselton for vet services.

The Vet took her time looking at my horse and the X-rays. Didn’t see the abscess on the X-rays but the Vet was correct, the abscess ended up bursting the next day at the location that was suspected.

I have been coming here with all my animals over 25 years.
