Great communication

I truly appreciate how kind everyone is with our pup who is terrified of her own shadow. They even ran bloodwork and gave her vaccines in the room instead of taking her back. Dr. Thill is always so patient, she listens, she explains things well. Thanks for taking such good care of our girl!

Dr. Moen has been great and has went above and beyond to squeeze in my farm visits for my horse over the last month and a half. Even when he was being difficult she was patient with him and got him treated. She is amazing!

Everyone was so sweet and helpful and listened to my concerns about my cat. Only thing I would change is not to add additional charges/services without asking client first if it is okay to do so. Otherwise perfect. Thanks so much! :)

Dr Ulmer at the end of a very busy week and the end of Sat night still took so much time to explain things very well. Kelli is also an amazing vet tech! Explains doesn t seem to rush making sure all is understood. Reception was also welcoming even though it was near closing time. You all were great ??

If you are 10 minutes late you have to reschedule. But when you finally get called to a room they don t care about your time.or your pet. My pet gets anxious and we needed to be seen and leave. I felt like they didn t care.

Fargo location is very busy and was over a month wait to get seen. But was directed to the Casselton location and they were very good.

The vet tech and veterinarian were WONDERFUL! I have seen a few there, but these two went above and beyond to address each concern. Explained everything so well, and were just very responsive to my concerns. I can’t thank them enough.

I have to say that after the last couple of visits, the customer service at both locations definitely needs improvement.
