Great service as always!

Ensure that supplies required for any given procedure are secured well in advance of the appointment date. In our case, this was stem cell products.

It took almost ten minutes for my phone call to be answered to let staff know we had arrived. Other than that, the experience was great!

Having curbside pet drop off was really convenient and staff called me and kept me abreast of what was found upon examination. It was a simple and easy process although I would have liked to have been in there to comfort them while getting their shots.

There should be a N/A choice for clean facilities because we were not able to go into the appointment with our pets. I also was not told when I made the appointment that I would not be allowed into the clinic. This can be said at the time people are making the appointments so they are not surprised when they show up.

Felt safe from worries of COVID 19 Good job!

We have a dog with an injury that requires surgery. The Fargo location would not even give us an appointment. The Casselton location took him two days after his injury. Even though the handouts for his surgery inform us this should be done immediatly the poor guy has to wait until July 22 to repair his leg.

The ladies that helped were SUPER nice. I felt the listened and looked into everything that I had concerns about and took the time to explain a few things to me as well which was really great. I will 100% be coming back again!

Would be nice to get a cost break down of what will be received before it is done.

I appreciate the Fargo location of Casselton Vet getting us in for an emergency visit after the Casselton location wouldn t even try to squeeze us in. Thank you for your help!

This was a farm call, so some of these don t apply, but what I did have a question about was the appointment confirmation text/email indicated that it was a clinic appointment instead of farm call, so I did have to call and make sure that that was what was on the books.

I’ve been going to Casselton Vet since Doc Roth was there. DOC Wieland is even better and I trust him to tell me the truth even when it’s difficult to accept. Amazing people

Didn t spend any time with the vet and didn t go inside to see cleanliness due to covid-19

Wonder staff that helped explain everything I needed to know

I called initially as our dog injured their right rear foot. So when I explained the situation to the Fargo receptionist she said they didn t have any openings on Monday the 15th. I was surprised by this and asked about the Casselton location. The receptionist then said she would transfer me to there. When I connected with the Casselton receptionist I once again explained what happened to my dog and needed to see a Vet. The receptionist immediately said let me see if we have any urgent care openings and within seconds, said that Fargo had an opening at 4:00pm. I told the receptionist I called there first and they said they didn t have any openings. But the Casselton receptionist assured me they did and booked my appointment at 4pm. Bottom line was the Casselton receptionist was one stop shopping and I m very glad she knew there was an opening in Fargo so I could have my dog seen by a Vet. :)

Dr. Ulmer and Riley were very friendly and informative. Very helpful.

We got in because of a cancellation and the techs were incredibly nice. I spent over 13 minutes on the phone with the Vet. She was very helpful and realistic about what is happening with our cat. She did a wonderful job of explaining the situation. Very grateful to have such wonderful facility this close.

Due to the COVID-19 I was not allowed in the facility, therefore I didn t speak to the provider or see the inside of the facility.

I was very disappointed with the service. I had an appointment at 9am. I arrived early as I do for all appointments. At 9am and after staff was still entering the building. No one was available to answer the phone until at least 905. It was 915 before I got a response and another 5 plus minutes before I was able to have my pet seen. If the office opens at 9am and you aren t capable of being ready to keep the appointments, maybe the first appointment on the schedule should be 915 or 930. Very dissatisfied.

Since I wasn t able to go in with my dog for his exam there was no way to have conversation with the doctor during the exam. Only communication was with the tech who came to get him and brought him back. I had mentioned that he might be a little skitish if the doctor goes behind him during the exam because he ll think he s going to get his anal glands expressed and might nip. When the tech brought him back she said that a muzzle was put on him so his teeth were not looked at. Couldn t his teeth been looked at first....
