Casselton has always been understanding of all three of my kitties’ individual needs and also worked with my financial needs, not pushing unnecessary treatment or testing and catering a plan that works that I can feel good about. This past visit was not unlike any previous visit. I was apprehensive about changes with COVID having pet separated from the owner temporarily, but they made it seamless and my baby did not seem distraught. Thank you, Casselton!

Truly grateful to Casselton Vet in CASSELTON!! They worked with us to get labs & spots for Molly after she was treated for numerous days @ the emergency vet in Fargo. Casselton Vet - Fargo completely blew us off & didn t TRY to work with us @ all. Clearly not the same customer service. Deleting Fargo location s phone #. Calling them is a complete waste of time.

I requested a certain Doctor and it was going to be two months to see him. They I requested my second Doctor choice and that was a month. They I requested anyone to see my dog and there were no openings unless I did an Emergency Visit. I think this is a little ridiculous! I have been going to this clinic for 25-30 years. I thought that the records from our old clinic had been sent over...twice. Because there was no record, our dog had to get an extra shot.

Everyone treated Bella as if she belonged to them , Very pleased with everything.

It soon needs to be time to allow pet owners to accompany their pet in for a health visit. I was given information that was not needed about my 10 week old puppy being overweight. I made the appointment for July 13 on June 26 at the Casselton service in Casselton not Fargo as that is my preference.

Calling the phone once we arrived was not streamlined - I couldn t get through and had called consistently for 15 minutes before I was able to check in. If you could set up a separate line/extension or something it would save your staff a lot of time and phone calls! Or even a text message system. Overall we loved our first visit with you! Your staff was very helpful and answered all of our crazy first time pet owner questions! :) :)

My visit to casselton vet was excellent and my 2 year old kitten was not traumaticly traumatized. Very pleased with her first vet visit.

The only reason #1 is rated at 3 stars is Dr. Brad fills VERY quickly! But we were able to switch appointments b/w 2 of our dogs so one could be seen earlier.

Dr Ulmer and the techs involved were very kind and informative. I was in an anxious state because my dog was ill but the staff remained calm and caring, which made me feel better. Dr. Ulmer fully explained our treatment options. They were all helpful.

A second visit was required due to some unforeseen circumstances. An X-ray didn’t show what caused the second visit. Just frustrating that it wasn’t taken care of the first visit. Overall happy with the process.

I printed out the doctor s notes/findings for both of my cats. And some of the things stated on them leave me with questions. Like what is Mild epiphora in Spock s eyes? His eyes do seem to get Eye Boogers for which I put L Lysene in his food. Is there anything better? This says that Spock has a Grade 2/6 PMI L Murmur ! He did not have that before! Is there anything I can give him now? Seven months ago the doctor said there was No murmur, and when he developed one we could put him on medicine for it. I have noticed the spots on his right shoulder, and I wondered about them. The doctor didn t mention them, but they are in the notes here. What is this? Is there anything I can do about it? Will it spread? Can Bluberrie catch it? I give my cats Silvervine to chew on and also Dental Treats now & then, but this says both Spock and Bluberrie have tartar on their rear teeth. Should I get their teeth cleaned by a Vet? Both of them always have wax in their ears, which I do clean out myself after every bath, and I ask thier regular Vet, Dr. Sharon Taffelmeyer, to clean them every time she sees them. This is normal in the Sphynx breed, is it not? Thanks, Donna Robinson

Be nice if you opened your doors face to face talking is so much better

The service was great!! I was hesitant about the curbside service, but I loved it!! The veterinarian that saw Z did a great job explaining the services provided and her recommendation.

Very helpful staff. They even changed my one cats towel as she soiled the one in the carrier when I brought her there. Also suggested sedation for my one grumpy cat so he could get a full physical, first vet I have brought him too to suggest it.

Randi was our vet tech for our urgent care appointment and she was wonderful! It’s so helpful when they are as loving and caring to our pets as we are. My dog Izzy is reactive to other dogs so any trip to the vet causes us both anxiety. Randi understood and ensured she would be well taken care of. It makes me feel so much better about coming to the vet.

Some not applicable due to new COVID changes but everything was wonderful! I appreciated getting in to be seen last minute.

There was an emergency with my dog and the front desk staff was dismissive of me and my husband s concerns. They were not helpful when trying to troubleshoot options for my dog over the phone. Ended up calling the emergency vet to get answers regarding our concerns. Very disappointing coming from our vet and kennel provider.

We have seen improvement in Wilbur s ability to use his hind legs, which is really nice to see. He has become bladder incontinent since his appointment, but we think this may improve as time goes on. We apologize for arriving late to pick him up.

Survey is hard to answer due to coved restrictions and would be better if we had actually been with our animal and saw the treatment being provided. I do thank you for being open and so kind to my pet
