The technician who called after surgery was complete (I don t remember her name, sorry) was soo wonderful! She was upbeat and positive in delivering her message, that it definitely made me comfortable and that things went well. Thank you~

The new practice of you can t come in so we ll just give whatever vaccinations and run whatever tests we feel like it and then charge you for them without even mentioning a total is completely unacceptable. I m not sure I m coming back again.

I have been very close to finding another vet because I cannot get in for an appointment. The front desk staff is VERY unhelpful and trying to get me in. I had a situation where I needed to have her seen very soon and the receptionist said the only option was over a month out. This doesn t make sense to me? We love your facility but it is hard when you are constantly turning people away. :-(

Addressed my concerns, however did not seem to take much time to check over my dog. Specifically her coat which we have discussed in the past. It was the end of the day, but I felt that I was rushed out and did not feel the staff took the time to care for my dog.

Thank you for always taking good care of my dog. One frustration I have run into a couple times is no response on emails. Whether it was an update to get ok you received it or a question to get a response, I feel like I either stopped in or had to call days later to address sent messages. Another issue I have heard others and myself have issues with is getting through on the phone, it often takes a number of different tries throughout the day to finally talk with someone.

Unknown about inside of facility, as I had to wait in the parking lot. Great experience otherwise.

The Vet clinic phone system is not good. When you do get through to someone you can t hear the receptionists on the other end. We have tried other phones and other individuals have said the same thing.

You have become greedy and you have outpriced most of the longtime breeders and fanciers who sell excellent puppies to the public. You are punishing us who care We were quoted 800 to 1100 dollars for teeth cleaning. I went on Facebook and talked to my fellow faciers were shocked at the cost

Due to the clinic being very busy, our initial appointment was scheduled out a couple weeks. We were persistent with calling and trying to get an earlier one. We were able to do that.

We came in for a wellness check. The vet tech that came to our car was very very nice , friendly, My understanding was that the vet was going to examine my dog and since I wasn’t allowed in the facility because of the Covid pandemic, that the vet would be calling me to tell me how the exam/ visit went with my pet. The tech called and again was super nice and friendly. Maybe I just assumed that the VET would call because from what I’ve been reading in the Forum and hearing in the community that local vets aren’t allowing pet parents in but are calling them afterwards and going through things. So that was very disappointing. I did feel slighted that the Vet couldn’t call and even talk for a minute or two. If they were super busy we sure could have delayed our appointment for a few months.

Our dog had CCL surgery and I know there is COVID19 to worry about but they just told me to follow the printed instructions for PT. They should show you how to do this at your vehicle if nothing else.What is easy for them to understand the patient has not been schooled in and some of us learn by seeing it. I was told to check her incision every day I had to take off a black covering to see incision , I had a question about the coloring by her incision. I called and sent pictures when the Vet tech called me I was asked why I took the black covering off. I stated I was told to look at the incision daily for any signs of infection or any other problems. The Vet Tech said it should be left on until it falls off. I replied then how do you check the incision she didn t have an answer. When we came to get Remi I asked other questions which were not answered very well either. I left concerned and worried.

Great service. Compassionate staff. Very thorough when examining my cat. Explained medical terms very well. We are very pleased with the care we received!

It’s always a fun and happy environment. I wouldn’t take my pet anywhere else!

I dont think I got a satisfactory answer from the tech about why the ovaries need to be taken along with the uterus. I am a women’s health practitioner and it didn’t make sense to me. Also, she smelled really bad when I picked her up. Nasty dog kennel smell. Couldn’t bathe her with her fresh incision . Otherwise happy with the process, Thank you

Had to call 3 times and wait almost 45 minutes to have someone come to the car. 1/2 hr wait to to pickup. Previous visit was worse.
