I had left a voice mail message on a Friday afternoon and nobody returned my call. I then called back Tuesday morning to get an answer to my question. It was not an emergency so I was being patient just surprised. Our overall experience has been nothing but wonderful. We have been extremely pleased with Dr. Bartholomay. Great communication and the follow-up call regarding the test results was a relief (no cancer). I truly appreciated the fact he was genuinely concerned how our dog was doing.

I will say, with all the craziness with Covid going on you guys were extremely organized. I have 3 dogs I brought in on Friday and it went so smooth and everyone including the vet techs,the Vet and front desk employees were amazing! Always friendly and very well organized. Thank you.

I was throughly impressed with the way the staff handled my visit & maintained Covid 19 guidelines. It was an amazing process with the Casselton vet team taking care of patients needs in the parking lot!

I loved the curbside option that was available during the pandemic. I kinda wish that was always an option. Because sitting in the tiny examination rooms with a nervous dog, especially when if it takes the vet a while to come in, can be really stressful on dog and human.

Communication and scheduling is awkward between Casselton and Fargo. We keep receiving reminders for needed services from Casselton when they have been completed in Fargo.

Very nice people. Dr. Thill was very nice and informative, especially to a new dog owner who had a lot of questions.

Love the options you have! When I did try to call to let you know I was there with my dog, the phones were in a loop to not be able to leave a voicemail or get ahold of someone. When I did hang up and redial, it worked perfectly!

Not inside to see office facilities. Waited about 30 minutes past appt time, which seemed long. Also needed to make appt for booster and online didn t show any availability but I called and they got me right in.

We know that right now you are doing the best you can under the current conditions and also with a new building it will take a while to get everything organized and back to normal

Mikaela was wonderful! Roxie is typically anxious at the vet, but she did so well with her! She was also very professional, informative, and friendly! I also highly recommend Dr. Huckle. She’s so good with Roxie and always takes the time to answer any questions I have. You can tell she truly cares about your pet and isn’t just “doing her job” - I love Casselton Vet and would recommend to anyone!
