I’ve loved how attentive Casselton vets are at both locations, my dog is a very big guy and very timid with new people so people assume he’s aggressive. Each vet I’ve had here has taken their time with him to warm up and allow me to stay in the room and help with him instead of turning to muzzles and unnecessary restraints which I really appreciate!

I ve been coming to you since my family, the Komanetz s, first got a cat when I was a teenager. I m 37 and now will not take my pets anywhere else. Everyone is always so nice and helpful! I recommend you to everyone! Keep being awesome!

Can not thank the staff enough from getting Max in the same day to having a very good and thorough exam done. Everyone was very kind and offered explanations on how to manage a new and difficult diagnosis of IVDD . We know we are in good hands.

I would go nowhere else and trust the vets that I personally work with 100%. I know and can feel that they try with everything they have to make my pet s life better. The thing I like the absolute best about your practice is that most of you remember us and our dogs. You acknowledge us like a friend would when we come in the door. I know you love my dogs and to have someone treat your pet with love in their heart is honestly the greatest thing I could hope for.

Everything was good. I do have a suggestion though. When we got there a tech was asking the receptionist a question off to the side of the desk. I know it’s hard to do multiple tasks at the same time yet sometimes it helps to acknowledge the customer with eye contact, a smile, or a nod. The customer wants to feel welcome not like an interruption. A friendly attitude and bright welcome smile goes a long way with first impression.

I brought in 3 dogs and our first appointment was 630 and we were not seen until 7.

Charged $62 for office/exam. Looked at ears and listened to heart. I came back because of the prices...they have gone up. No savings at all.

After my appt I was told I would get a call and email for when his surgery was to be scheduled and an estimate, that was 4 days ago and no response yet.very dissapointed.

Employees were great. Booked an appointment 12 hours prior because my dog caught kennel cough at another vet. Cassleton took all the required precautions and got my dog feeling better in no time.

Thanks for being so great with my new pup and helping answer all my questions. She had a great first experience and I think will be excited to come back in a few weeks ??

I would like to recommend that the Vet be aware of the kind of appointment that was scheduled online. I scheduled a wellness exam, but got more of a focused exam on my pet. And with that focused exam I received all the possible tests that could be done on my pet and not the recommended tests that the vet would do to just rule out one possibility (least invasive to more aggressive treatment). I would have also liked to be given the opportunity to bring in a sample on pet versus having a procedure done in the clinic. Pet care is expensive so I think alternatives should be given to pet parents to reduce the cost as long as it doesn t interfere with the quality of care.

This was a field call. Quick response to my call. Careful examination of the patient, and obvious concern for the animal s well-being and our health concerns.

They were super quick to get me in when my pup was sick. They answered all my questions and were very kind about it. The last vet I went to was very rude, so it was refreshing to have people who care about our pet like it’s their own pet. I won’t take my animals anywhere else! Casselton Vet in Fargo is the best thing that’s happened for our family pets!
