The front desk staff didn’t acknowledge me very well when I had finished my appointment. I came out to check what I had to do, and I stood there awkwardly for a few minutes not knowing if I was being helped or if the lady was doing something else.

Worth the drive from Grand forks

I feel like explanations on pricing could be better. $22 for a nail trim is the highest price in town. It’s a bit excessive. Also, the confirmation email telling us to bring a stool sample for wellness or vaccination appointments is a little deceptive. It makes it seem like it’s required and part of the exam when actually it is an additional $38 or so. An estimate should never have a standard deviation of $100...$50, maybe.

Our cat strongly dislikes going to the vet and turns into a demon during her appointments! We appreciated the kindness and patience our tech and vet showed to her (and us), as they tried their best to calm her during her routine wellness check/vaccination. You guys are the best, and we love the new Fargo location!

We have had wonderful experiences at Casselton Vet in Fargo. Our dog has not been feeling well lately and he has been well taken care of by the techs and providers.

When I called to make the appointment because my dog had an eye infection he also needed a shot. I was specific with the woman who made the appointment. When my son brought our dog in he was given the shot and sent on their way. So I had to call and get another appointment and leave work to bring him back in where I was charged a same day urgent care appointment. It was extremely inconvenient.

Our tech was FABULOUS!! So thorough.

Pricing is outrageous

Had lots of great help,advice, and patience from front desk, tech, and vet. No complaints!

My dog had a wellness check and senior evaluation but no one went over the results with me (he also had tranq and shave grooming done which might have complicated the timing for seeing someone for an explanation). I am assuming everything was fine and was overall pleased with how Bear was treated.

The checking out process took a bit longer than it maybe should ve but I understand the payment programming is a bit slow. Just thought I would mention! Thank you.

I ve had issues with trying to create the login to schedule appointments. The phones have been down multiple times which made it difficult to schedule over the phone and on one occasion I had to call a different veterinary office to ask an emergency question since the phones were down. Please fix your phones so my pet and I can rely on you.

Everyone was kind and helpful with our dog and diagnosing the issues he was having. We appreciated the nice candor and information given to us by the doc. It was clear, concise, and helpful.

My experience at the clinic has always been positive. The staff are very courteous and Dr. Brad was wonderful with my dog.

The vet and tech I had were absolutely amazing. That was the best experience I had with this Veterinary.

I could hear all the conversations going on with the doctors and techs when I was in the room with my cat. I would suggest getting some music or white noise so clients can’t hear the private information.
