Due to the situation of not being able to talk directly with the doctor as she was giving the exam, it wasn t as personal as we would like it. Since both of our children have left home and married, the dog has become so important to us (I guess she has replaced the children!!!)!!! And we usually only gave the heart worm pills for six months and that question was never brought up to us!! Hopefully this situation will be behind us soon!!! And life will get back to normal!!! Not anyone s fault on the things that were missed - MAYBE next year will be better!! Belinda Benson

Wasn’t able to go inside but the outdoor dog waste sign was broken and laying in the grass. That could be dangerous for pets as it has sharp exposed metal. The doctor called me with our test results but it felt like she was a little rushed. I didn’t get the chance to really connect with her because I felt like she was rushing through the call.

It was a very smooth process considering what is going on in the world.

I had made an appointment months prior with dr I had requested. He was to be at Fargo location that day so that’s where I went . Got there and he wasn’t there , he was in Casselton and I wasn’t notified. due to corona virus the schedule changed . I was not happy at all . I may switch completely to a different clinic due to lack of communication .

Everything under the circumstances was great. Got call from vet got total with her and girls bringing gypsy in and out were great. Thanks

Everything was great

Unfortunately we were unable to make our appointment due to a fever I had developed that morning. However I do hope to reschedule as soon as I receive my test results and am off quarantine.

My only complaint was that I wasn t told that office was closed for our current crazy situation. I only found out once I got to my appointment. I the saw the notification on Facebook which I don t check regularly. I had some things that I would like to have talked to the doctor about in person but was not able to. My appointment could have and would have been rescheduled had I been made aware that in person office visits where not being done at this time. I obviously get the reasoning for the office being closed to the public. Would have been nice to have included that information on appointment confirmation emails instead of only posting it on Facebook.

With the circumstances because of the virus, techs and staff provided great care and explanations knowing it was difficult to separate the animal while you had to wait in the car.

You guys did a great job dealing with the COVID situation. Things went very smooth at a time where it could have been chaos.

As always your service is very expensive.

The phones were not answered when I called. I had written a list of things that I wanted done and items were missed. the nail trim was inadequate nails were missed. but overall I love you guys. I know its hard at this time. keep up the good work. getting an appointment for accu/chiro is terribly difficult with extreme wait times and no waiting list. i feel a wait list for cancelations should be used

Drive up and drop the poor dog off. He was scared and I don t blame him. Not sure what they do to him when I can t go in.

The day I arrived for my dogs appointment there was a lot of snow. Just wondering if there was a place for the animals to revive themselves. My dog I was told did pee on your floor while he was in for the exam.

The last question is not something I can answer because the facility was in covid-19 closure. In the past it has always been clean and satisfactory.

My dog had great dental care treatment. The staff was great about explaining what they did for a procedure. They are very caring for your pet & owners.

Ou dog Had round worms, my son called and you asked to bring him in right away! Colemy son, said you were gray with him and Jake!

Dr. Dowdle was great. I felt like my pet was in such good hands and everything was communicated well.

Casselton vet got us in quickly and our dog was seen immediately for a UTI. We were giving meds that day and she was on the mend the next day we greatly appreciate Casselton vet and we don t know where we would be without them as they take great care of our pets!
