My dog is reactive to other dogs and I felt like when she had a reactive moment, the staff was a little cold to me afterwards. IlI’ve heard stories at other clinics where the staff is extremely accommodating to dogs like mine but it didn’t seem like the Casselton Fargo clinic was. I might search out another clinic who is willing to be more helpful to us.

Please train the people who do the grooming. When I took my cat in to get his hair off because he had so many mats in the hair. They ended up cutting 3 nipples off and he bled a lot after I even got to look at him

Dr Schmid was excellent.

The only reason I gave #1 a 3 is because Dr. Brad books out quite far, which makes it a bit challenging to be seen (especially because we come from far away). But we appreciate his care, so we come to see him!

The fees for an office visit should be consistent whether it is a well check or for a specific issue. An appointment is an appointment and I am not happy that I was in with a friend whose pet had more procedures done then my cat and her bill was smaller than mine because hers was coded well check when it was for an issue just like mine.

Dr B is fantastic!

Everything regarding the spaying appointment and pickup went great. They do need to educate the Fargo site regarding appoinments prior to surgery. Also, I did have a question after pickup,leaving a message at noon. No one called me back. Called at 5 but had to call the Fargo site, since you were closed.

Everything was great. My pup accidentally pooped on the floor which she never does and when I picked it up in my baggie and told the front desk lady when wasn t mad at all! Very polite and I offered to mop but she said she got it and that it happens more than I think! Was very impressed with the staff

They showed that they really cared about Lucy by the way they touched and talked to her. As a pet mom, this really meant a lot to me. I shared with a friend that I wish I could go there when I didn t feel well!

This was our first visit and I think the vet was with us for a total of 4 minutes. Would have been nice to have them get to know us and our dog a little more and get some more information on how he thought she was doing overall. I appreciate efficient appointments but would also like to feel like a patient and not just a number.

I was blown away by the speed you were able to get me in (soon as I could get there) the care and knowledge that Dr Candyce gave to the situation and the tact and information in which she explained what could have happened and the prognosis. They were able to get me in same night I called. The receptionist was super friendly while I waited for my kitten to be taken care of. Everyone was great and helpful, especially for me coming in late on a Friday evening.

Wasn t greeted by the receptionists, took them both a while to acknowledge me.
